It sets stricter punishments, including up to 20 years in prison, for violating laws related to firearm theft. The act also mandates minimum prison sentences of 3 years for burglaries and 5 years for robberies targeting licensed firearm businesses.

The SAFE Act of 2025 amends existing legislation to explicitly prohibit the slaughter of horses for human consumption, reinforcing protections for these animals. This bill seeks to prevent the inhumane treatment of American equines by closing loopholes that allow their slaughter and export for human consumption.

This resolution condemns the Iranian regime for its ongoing human rights abuses, state-sponsored terrorism, and regional instability. The Investing in Rural America Act of 2025 amends the Farm Credit Act of 1971, enabling Farm Credit System institutions to finance essential community facilities in rural areas, with a limit of 15% of their total outstanding loans. These institutions must offer participation in financing to other domestic lenders, especially community banks, and report these offers to the Farm Credit Administration. The Farm Credit Administration will then provide an annual report to Congress on these activities. The SAFE for America Act of 2025 eliminates the Diversity Visa Program, which makes visas available to persons from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. This is achieved through repealing subsection (c) of Section 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The Act also makes corresponding technical amendments to other sections of the Immigration and Nationality Act to reflect this change. These changes would take effect beginning October 1, 2025.

The Blind Americans Return to Work Act of 2025 initiates a 20-year demonstration project aimed at helping blind Americans receiving Social Security disability benefits return to work. For the first 10 years, eligibility for benefits will be determined without considering substantial gainful activity, and benefits will be reduced based on earnings above a set amount, incentivizing employment without immediate loss of support. The project waives certain benefit requirements to facilitate successful employment, with participants having the option to opt out after the initial 10-year period. This act aims to support blind individuals in their transition back to the workforce while maintaining a safety net.

The Marc Fischer Memorial Act mandates that the Bureau of Prisons implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve 100% digital scanning of all inmate mail to interdict fentanyl and other synthetic drugs. By transitioning to digital mail processing, the Act aims to protect staff and inmates from lethal exposure, improve institutional security, and alleviate the administrative burden on correctional personnel.

The Fair Access to Banking Act prohibits large financial institutions and payment networks from denying services to law-abiding businesses based on subjective, politically motivated, or reputational criteria. The bill mandates that financial institutions use impartial, quantitative, risk-based standards to evaluate customers rather than category-based exclusions. The RECOGNIZING Judea and Samaria Act mandates that the United States government officially refer to the region historically known as Judea and Samaria by those names, rather than the term "West Bank." The bill prohibits federal agencies from using the term "West Bank" in official documents and requires corresponding updates to existing U.S. laws. It includes specific exceptions for international treaty obligations and provides waiver authority for the Secretary of State.

The SAVE Moms and Babies Act of 2025 prohibits the FDA from approving new abortion drugs and restricts the use of existing ones. The bill mandates strict safety protocols, including in-person administration requirements, expanded adverse event reporting, and limitations on gestational age for drug use.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 proposes to limit automatic birthright citizenship to children born in the United States who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien serving in the U.S. armed forces. This legislation would exclude children born to parents without legal status or those on temporary visas from receiving automatic citizenship. These changes would apply only to individuals born on or after the date of the Act's enactment.

The Red Snapper Act of 2025 prohibits the Secretary of Commerce from closing South Atlantic fishing areas until the "Great Red Snapper Count" study is completed and its data is integrated into official stock assessments. This legislation aims to protect the regional economy and recreational fishing industry by ensuring management decisions are based on the most current and accurate scientific data.
