This Act authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and sell special commemorative coins for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games and the 2034 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. The coins will feature designs celebrating American athletes and the Games themselves. This legislation establishes that a conviction for, or admission to the underlying acts of, a DWI/DUI offense makes a non-citizen inadmissible to the United States or deportable if already present. This applies regardless of whether the offense is classified as a misdemeanor or felony under local law.

The Supporting Trade and Rebuilding Opportunity for National Growth Act, or STRONG Act, significantly increases the maximum loan amounts available through key Small Business Administration (SBA) programs. Specifically, it doubles the maximum size for standard 7(a) loans from $\$3.75$ million to $\$7.5$ million. Additionally, the bill raises the maximum loan amount for development company loans from $\$5$ million to $\$10$ million. These changes aim to provide greater capital access for small business growth and development.

The Protect RAIL Act amends immigration law to prevent non-citizens convicted of or admitting to crimes involving the theft or tampering of goods shipped across state or international lines from entering the United States. Furthermore, this bill makes non-citizens already in the U.S. deportable if they have committed such offenses related to interstate or foreign shipments.

The LEDGER Act mandates the creation of a comprehensive, centralized system managed by the Secretary of the Treasury to track every expenditure made by all branches of the U.S. Government. This new system must detail exactly where federal funds are spent and how long those funds were available for obligation. The goal is to significantly enhance the traceability and transparency of government spending.

The Guarantee Utilization of All Reimbursements for Delivery of Veterans’ Health Care Act (GUARD Veterans Health Care Act) mandates that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) must seek reimbursement from Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans for healthcare services provided to eligible veterans. Additionally, the bill strengthens the government's authority to recover costs for non-service-connected disability care from responsible third parties. It establishes strict timelines and penalties for third parties who fail to promptly process and pay these recovery claims to the VA.

The FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025 seeks to eliminate federal protections that currently prohibit the obstruction of reproductive health clinic entrances, the use of force or threats against patients and providers, and the intentional damage of clinic property. If enacted, this legislation would immediately repeal these federal criminal prohibitions and apply to all pending or future prosecutions.
