The IGO Anti-Boycott Act amends the Anti-Boycott Act of 2018 to include international governmental organizations in the prohibitions against boycotts. It requires the President to submit an annual report to Congress. This report will list foreign countries and international organizations that support boycotts and describe those boycotts.

This bill expresses the House of Representatives' view that Congress should act to maintain the United States Postal Service (USPS) as an independent entity within the Federal Government. The "Preserving Patient Access to Accountable Care Act" extends incentive payments for healthcare providers participating in eligible alternative payment models through 2027, with a payment rate of 3.53 percent. The "Restoring Access to Mountain Homes Act" allows state, tribal, and local governments in North Carolina to be reimbursed for repairing or replacing private roads and bridges damaged by Tropical Storm Helene, even with pre-existing damage, if they are the sole access to homes or essential services. Reimbursement requires government inspection, maintaining access during repairs, cost documentation, and adherence to regulations. Individuals who already received disaster assistance for road or bridge repairs can choose to continue with that assistance or return the funds to be eligible for reimbursement under this act.

The "Representing our Seniors at VA Act of 2025" ensures that the National Association of State Veterans Homes is represented in consultations with the Under Secretary for Health. It also adds a representative from the Association with a nursing home administration license to the Department of Veterans Affairs Geriatrics and Gerontology Advisory Committee. This aims to improve the quality of care and address the specific needs of senior veterans within state veterans homes.

The 911 SAVES Act mandates the Office of Management and Budget to reclassify public safety telecommunicators as a protective service occupation within the Standard Occupational Classification system. This change recognizes the critical and often stressful role these professionals play in emergency response and aligns their classification with the lifesaving work they perform. The reclassification aims to correct an inaccurate representation and better align the Standard Occupational Classification with related classification systems.
