The Act requires federal agencies and the Secretary of the Treasury to revise regulations to reflect these changes, which must be implemented within 180 days of enactment.

The "Federal Firearms Licensee Protection Act of 2025" increases penalties for stealing firearms from licensed dealers. It sets stricter punishments, including up to 20 years in prison, for violating laws related to firearm theft. The act also mandates minimum prison sentences of 3 years for burglaries and 5 years for robberies targeting licensed firearm businesses.

The SAFER Voter Act seeks to eliminate the age restriction that prevents individuals under 21 from purchasing handguns and handgun ammunition from licensed federal firearms dealers. The "No American Land for Communist China Act" prohibits the President from allowing individuals or entities associated with the Chinese government from purchasing real estate near covered federal lands. This restriction applies to entities with at least 25% equity interest held by Chinese government-affiliated individuals or businesses. The Act defines "United States" broadly to include states, territories, and other U.S. possessions.

The "Unplug the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Program Act" eliminates grant programs for charging and fueling infrastructure, specifically repealing the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Program. This includes rescinding unspent funds and terminating the program entirely upon enactment. The bill amends sections of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and title 23 of the United States Code to remove references to the grant programs.

The Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025 expands milk options available to students in the National School Lunch Program by allowing schools to offer organic or non-organic whole milk. Importantly, the saturated fat content of these offered milk options will not count toward the meal's overall saturated fat limits.

The "Protecting Privacy in Purchases Act" prevents payment card networks from assigning a unique merchant category code to firearm retailers. The Attorney General is responsible for enforcing the Act, investigating complaints, and reporting to Congress. This law overrides state and local laws regarding merchant category codes for firearm retailers and does not establish a private right of action.

The "Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow's Workforce Act" amends Section 529 savings accounts to include expenses related to postsecondary credentialing programs. This allows 529 funds to cover costs like tuition, fees, books, supplies, and testing fees for recognized programs and credentials, as defined by the bill. These changes would apply to distributions made after the bill is enacted.

The "No More Funding for NPR Act of 2025" prohibits any direct or indirect federal funding to National Public Radio (NPR), including through public broadcast stations, with exceptions only for FEMA disaster response and urgent public safety information dissemination. It also rescinds any unspent federal funds allocated to NPR for fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
