The "Protecting Investors Personally Identifiable Information Act" prevents the SEC from requiring national securities exchanges or associations to provide personally identifiable information about market participants. Personally identifiable information includes data that can identify an individual, such as name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number, email, and IP address. This ensures sensitive personal data is not part of consolidated audit trail reporting requirements.

The Justice for Vaccine Injured Veterans Act of 2025 presumes service-connection for certain diseases, such as myocarditis and Guillain-Barre Syndrome, for veterans who were required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine between August 24, 2021, and January 10, 2023. It also requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to track and report on compensation claims related to COVID-19 vaccines and make these reports publicly available.

The Conrad State 30 and Physician Access Reauthorization Act extends the Conrad State 30 program, which allows foreign physicians to work in underserved areas of the U.S. in exchange for a waiver of certain visa requirements. It modifies requirements for foreign physicians seeking waivers, including employment protections, state waiver limits, and contract requirements. The Tipped Income Protection and Support (TIPS) Act eliminates the subminimum wage for tipped employees, requiring employers to pay the standard minimum wage before tips. It ensures that all tips go to the employees, allowing for traditional tip pooling. The bill also introduces a tax deduction for qualified cash tips for employees earning up to $112,500 annually, effective for taxable years after 2025.

The "No Veteran Should Go Hungry Act of 2025" ensures that veterans receive information about federal food and nutrition assistance programs, such as SNAP and WIC, as part of their Transition Assistance Program. The "POSTAL Act" prevents the Postal Service from closing or downgrading processing and distribution centers, ensuring each state maintains at least one such facility. This aims to maintain local mail processing capabilities across the country. "Processing and distribution center" is defined as a central mail facility that handles incoming and outgoing mail for a specific area, provides mailing instructions, and is a sectional center facility, a general mail facility, or a dedicated mail processing facility without a station or branch. "State" is defined as the 50 States and the District of Columbia.

The U.S. Citrus Protection Act prohibits the importation of commercially produced fresh citrus fruit from China into the United States. This ban will take effect 90 days after the enactment of the Act.

The "PEER Mental Health Act of 2025" aims to improve mental health support in schools by authorizing grants for training teachers, staff, students, parents, and caregivers in mental health first aid. These grants will help individuals recognize mental health symptoms, make appropriate referrals, and respond to immediate distress. A minimum of 25% of grant funds will be allocated to schools in rural areas, with the possibility of reallocation if unused. The Act allocates almost $25 million per year from 2026 to 2030 for these initiatives.

The "Expanding Child Care Access Act of 2025" introduces a tax credit, up to $5,000, for qualified child care startup expenses incurred by licensed family child care providers. This credit aims to support individuals starting or expanding licensed child care services within their primary residence, covering expenses such as licensing fees, supplies, insurance, and necessary equipment or renovations. The credit is available for a limited time and cannot be claimed for expenses already covered by other deductions or credits.
