The "Reliability for Ratepayers Act" modifies employee compensation and hiring rules at the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) to address retention and hiring issues. It requires the BPA administrator to create a compensation plan based on surveys of similar jobs in the electric industry, and allows the BPA to hire physicians and experts without regard to certain civil service laws. The "Repeal the NFA Act" aims to eliminate the National Firearms Act (NFA). This bill would remove all regulations, taxes, and registration requirements imposed by the NFA on certain firearms and devices. By repealing the NFA, the bill seeks to deregulate the ownership and transfer of items currently covered under the NFA.

The Bipartisan Restoring Faith in Government Act prohibits members of Congress, their spouses, and dependent children from owning or trading stocks, bonds, commodities, futures, and other covered investments, with exceptions for widely held investment funds and U.S. Treasury bills. The Act does not alter the power of Federal courts to provide injunctive relief for a geothermal lease, drilling permit, or other authorization.

This bill disapproves of and nullifies a Forest Service rule concerning law enforcement and criminal prohibitions. The rule was published in the Federal Register and this bill seeks to overturn it.

The "Trust the Science Act" requires the Secretary of the Interior to reissue the 2020 rule delisting the gray wolf as an endangered or threatened species within 60 days. This bill prohibits any judicial review of this action, preventing legal challenges to the delisting.

The "CLEAN Public Service Act" terminates future retirement benefits for Members of Congress under the Civil Service Retirement System and the Federal Employees Retirement System, 90 days after enactment of the bill. The "Injunctive Authority Clarification Act of 2025" limits the ability of federal courts to issue injunctions that prevent the enforcement of laws against individuals or entities not directly involved in the lawsuit. This bill amends Title 28 of the U.S. Code to ensure that court orders only apply to parties in the case, unless non-parties are legally represented within the suit.
