The "Heartbeat Protection Act of 2025" prohibits abortions if a fetal heartbeat is detectable, with exceptions only to save the mother's life or in reported cases of rape or incest. Physicians must check for a fetal heartbeat before performing an abortion and document the findings. Violators may face fines and/or imprisonment, but the mother cannot be prosecuted. The "SAVE Moms and Babies Act of 2025" prohibits the approval of new abortion drugs and restricts the use of previously approved abortion drugs by limiting label changes, mandating in-person dispensing by certified healthcare practitioners, and requiring comprehensive reporting of adverse events. It defines key terms such as "abortion drug," "adverse event," and "unborn child," and it rescinds conflicting investigational use exemptions three years after enactment. This bill aims to ensure patient safety and regulatory oversight in the use of abortion drugs.

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to increase the railroad track maintenance credit from $3,500 to $6,100, adjusting for inflation after 2025. It applies to qualified expenditures starting January 1, 2024, for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

The SALT Deductibility Act repeals the limitation on individual taxpayer's ability to deduct state and local taxes. This change removes the deduction cap that was put in place and will be effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2024.

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to support or facilitate the participation of the Russian Federation in any Group of Seven (G7) proceeding. The Goldie's Act seeks to strengthen the USDA's enforcement of the Animal Welfare Act by mandating annual inspections, requiring humane treatment of suffering animals, and imposing significant penalties for violations. It ensures transparency through mandated sharing of violation records and sets firm guidelines for determining penalties based on the severity and frequency of violations. The Act also enables legal action to recover unpaid penalties and penalizes the disobedience of "cease and desist" orders.

The Legal Workforce Act mandates employers to verify employees' work eligibility through a federal verification system, requires the use of secure identity authentication technologies, and increases penalties for hiring unauthorized workers. It establishes a federal employment eligibility verification system, preempts state laws on employment eligibility verification, and protects employers from liability if they act in good faith based on the system's information. The Act also includes measures to prevent fraud and misuse of documents and Social Security numbers, and requires audits to identify unauthorized workers.

The "National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act" aims to support the National Law Enforcement Museum's programs for community outreach, public education, and officer safety and wellness through grants to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The act authorizes \$6,000,000 to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for each of the first 7 fiscal years after the law is enacted. It requires annual progress reports to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of funds. The Act allows the Secretary to use funds to continue activities the National Law Enforcement Museum was already doing when this law was enacted.

The "Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2025" places a one-year moratorium on federal funding to Planned Parenthood, with exceptions for abortions in cases of rape, incest, or to save the woman's life. It redirects $235 million to community health centers and ensures that overall federal funding for women's health initiatives is not reduced.

The "Protecting Life and Taxpayers Act of 2025" prohibits federal funding for organizations that perform abortions or fund other organizations that do so, with exceptions for rape, incest, or to save the woman's life. The term "entity" refers to the entire legal entity, including any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such entity.

The "STOP MADURO Act" increases the maximum reward to $100,000,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Venezuelan leader Nicols Maduro Moros. The funds for this reward will be sourced from the sale of assets seized from Maduro, his regime officials, and their associates, as authorized by existing legal and executive actions.

This bill condemns Turkey's ongoing occupation of Cyprus, citing violations of international law, human rights, and UN resolutions. It calls for the withdrawal of Turkish troops, adherence to democratic principles, and a resolution based on a bizonal, bicommunal federation. The bill urges Turkey to cease interference in Cyprus' Exclusive Economic Zone, assist in locating missing American citizens, and remove illegal settlers from occupied territories. The authority to approve these subpoenas is limited to the Postal Service's General Counsel, a Deputy General Counsel, or the Chief Postal Inspector.
