This bill redesignates the Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge and Overlook Park within the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in honor of Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. The facilities will be renamed the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge and the Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park, respectively. Any reference to the former names in any law, map, regulation, document, or record of the United States shall be considered a reference to the new names.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

Recognizes the crucial role of linemen in maintaining the nation's energy infrastructure and public safety. It also supports designating April 18, 2025, as National Lineman Appreciation Day to honor their contributions and dangerous work.

The "Protecting America's Strategic Petroleum Reserve from China Act" prohibits the Secretary of Energy from selling petroleum products from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to any entity under the influence of the Chinese Communist Party. It also ensures that petroleum products from the reserve are not exported to China.

The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The Aid Accountability Act of 2025 amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to increase accountability for federal employees and recipients of federal funds. It mandates termination and financial restitution for federal employees who knowingly violate aid requirements, and ineligibility for future funding for grantees and contractors who violate the requirements. The Secretary of State will determine violations and penalties, with decisions subject to federal court review and congressional reporting. Final determinations by the Secretary of State will be subject to the procedures under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code.

The TAKE IT DOWN Act aims to combat the spread of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions, including deepfakes, online. It establishes criminal penalties for intentionally sharing such images without consent, with increased penalties for depictions involving minors. The Act also requires online platforms to create a process for users to report and request the removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions within 48 hours, enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. It defines key terms related to consent, digital forgeries, and covered platforms, while also ensuring that the rest of the law remains valid if any part is deemed unenforceable.

The Maximum Pressure Act aims to increase pressure on Iran by codifying and expanding sanctions related to its nuclear program, ballistic missile development, support for terrorism, and human rights abuses. It targets key Iranian leaders, entities involved in arms sales, and various sectors of Iran's economy, while also enhancing congressional oversight of actions related to Iran sanctions. The bill also seeks to intensify financial pressure on the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and prevent Iran from accessing international funds. Additionally, the act reinforces restrictions and oversight related to the IRGC and Ansar Allah (Houthis) and mandates a series of determinations and reports from government officials regarding Iran's activities.

The "Protect America's Workforce Act" nullifies a 2025 executive order that limited federal labor-management relations programs. It prevents the enforcement of the executive order and prohibits the use of federal funds for its implementation. Additionally, the bill ensures the validity of existing collective bargaining agreements between federal agencies and labor organizations until their original expiration dates.

The SSI Savings Penalty Elimination Act updates the resource limits for the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, increasing the individual limit to $10,000 and the couple's limit to $20,000 by 2025. After 2025, these limits will be adjusted annually for inflation based on the Consumer Price Index. This change aims to allow SSI recipients to save more without losing their eligibility for benefits.

The "Sarah Katz Caffeine Safety Act" aims to increase awareness and safety regarding caffeine consumption by mandating caffeine labeling for restaurants and food products, requiring reviews of caffeine safety by the FDA and NIH, launching a public education campaign on caffeine safety, and ordering a GAO study on the marketing of caffeinated beverages. The labeling requirements include disclosing caffeine amounts, indicating caffeine sources, and providing advisory statements about daily caffeine limits. The FDA and NIH reviews will focus on the safety of caffeine for the general population and vulnerable groups, respectively. The public education campaign will target the dangers of overconsumption and the impact on specific populations, while the GAO study will investigate marketing practices, especially those targeting children and teens.

The Safer Skies Act of 2025 expands security screening requirements for air carrier operations that operate under specific regulations, conduct passenger-carrying operations for compensation, offer individual seats in advance, provide publicly available schedules, operate airplanes with more than nine passenger seats, and do not use TSA-managed checkpoints. This act mandates that these operations comply with security screening standards outlined in federal regulations and requires the TSA Administrator to revise rules and policies to ensure compliance.

The "John W. Walsh Alpha-1 Home Infusion Act of 2025" amends the Social Security Act to include Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency Disorder treatment under Medicare Part B starting January 1, 2027. This covers augmentation therapy provided at home, intravenous administration kits, and associated nursing services for eligible individuals with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. Medicare will cover 80% of the costs for these home infusion services, with payments made directly to qualified suppliers. These services will not be classified as home health services under Medicare.

This resolution celebrates the 204th anniversary of Greek Independence Day, reaffirming the democratic ideals shared between the United States and Greece. The "Respect Parents’ Childcare Choices Act" amends the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990, reauthorizing funding and prioritizing parental choice in childcare through child care certificates, particularly for relative caregivers. It also removes barriers for married parents and religious childcare providers, while increasing funding for direct services and quality improvements. Additionally, the bill repeals Section 21 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, eliminating the credit for household and dependent care expenses and makes corresponding updates to other sections of the tax code. Finally, the bill establishes pilot programs to prevent fraud and promote child care provided by relative caregivers.

This bill, known as the "Correcting Guam's History in the PACT Act," amends Title 38 of the U.S. Code to expand eligibility for a presumption of service connection for diseases associated with herbicide exposure. The expansion includes veterans who served in Guam between August 15, 1958, and July 31, 1980, or in American Samoa. This change makes it easier for these veterans to receive benefits for diseases linked to herbicide exposure during their service.

The Major Richard Star Act allows eligible combat-disabled veterans to receive both their retirement pay and disability compensation. This eliminates the previous offset that reduced retirement pay for those receiving disability compensation. The changes apply to payments beginning the month after enactment.

This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to classify health care sharing ministry memberships as medical expenses, allowing them to be tax deductible. It clarifies that these ministries are not considered health plans or insurance under the tax code. These changes will apply for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "Crucial Communism Teaching Act" aims to educate high school students about the history and dangers of communism and similar ideologies, highlighting their contrast with American principles of freedom and democracy. It directs the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation to develop a civic education curriculum and oral history resources, featuring stories from victims of communism. The curriculum will cover past and present communist regimes, focusing on human rights abuses and aggression against democratic entities. The Foundation will collaborate with education officials to implement the curriculum in high schools.

The "Protecting Life and Integrity in Research Act of 2025" prohibits federal funding and support for research using human fetal tissue obtained from induced abortions, while allowing for the development of new cell lines not derived from such tissue. The bill permits research on fetal tissue from miscarriages or stillbirths and amends the Public Health Service Act to redefine related terms and conditions. It also prohibits the solicitation or acquisition of human fetal tissue when the pregnancy was initiated to provide the tissue or the tissue was obtained pursuant to an induced abortion.
