The Red Snapper Act of 2025 prohibits the Secretary of Commerce from closing South Atlantic fishing areas until the "Great Red Snapper Count" study is completed and its data is integrated into official stock assessments. This legislation aims to protect the regional economy and recreational fishing industry by ensuring management decisions are based on the most current and accurate scientific data.

The Veterans Foreign Medical Coverage Equality and Modernization Act of 2025 mandates that the VA provide hospital care and medical services to veterans with permanent and total service-connected disabilities residing outside the United States. The bill also modernizes the reimbursement process by requiring direct deposit options and new mobile application features for document tracking and submission. Additionally, it requires the VA to report to Congress on the implementation and effectiveness of these expanded services.

The Combating Global Corruption Act of 2025 mandates an annual State Department report that ranks foreign countries based on their efforts to combat corruption. The bill establishes clear minimum standards for anti-corruption measures and requires the designation of diplomatic points of contact to promote good governance. Additionally, it encourages the use of targeted sanctions against corrupt actors in countries that fail to meet these international standards.

Goldie’s Act strengthens the Animal Welfare Act by mandating more rigorous USDA inspections and requiring the prompt confiscation of animals suffering from neglect. The bill increases financial penalties for violators, ensures the immediate sharing of violation records with local law enforcement, and establishes stricter oversight to prevent future animal abuse.

This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 290 NW Peacock Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, Florida, as the "Trooper Zachary Fink Post Office Building." All official federal records and documents will be updated to reflect this new name in honor of Trooper Fink.

The REVOCAR Act of 2025 prohibits United States persons and entities from investing in or conducting business with Venezuela’s energy sector to pressure the Maduro regime to respect the results of the 2024 presidential election. These sanctions remain in effect until the legitimate democratic transition occurs or until December 31, 2027. The bill includes provisions for strict enforcement and limited national security waivers.

The STOP MADURO Act of 2025 authorizes a reward of up to $100 million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Nicolás Maduro Moros. This reward is to be funded exclusively through the liquidation of assets seized from Maduro and his regime officials under U.S. sanctions.

The Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act rescinds unobligated funding previously appropriated to the Internal Revenue Service. This legislation effectively cancels these unused funds and returns them to the U.S. Treasury.
