This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 290 NW Peacock Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, Florida, as the "Trooper Zachary Fink Post Office Building." All official federal records and documents will be updated to reflect this new name in honor of Trooper Fink.

The REVOCAR Act of 2025 prohibits United States persons and entities from investing in or conducting business with Venezuela’s energy sector to pressure the Maduro regime to respect the results of the 2024 presidential election. These sanctions remain in effect until the legitimate democratic transition occurs or until December 31, 2027. The STOP MADURO Act of 2025 authorizes a reward of up to $100 million for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Nicolás Maduro Moros. This reward is to be funded exclusively through the liquidation of assets seized from Maduro and his regime officials under U.S. sanctions.

The Family and Small Business Taxpayer Protection Act rescinds unobligated funding previously appropriated to the Internal Revenue Service. This legislation effectively cancels these unused funds and returns them to the U.S. Treasury.

The "Manatee Protection Act of 2025" designates the West Indian manatee as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, requiring its inclusion on the endangered species list. This action provides increased protections and conservation efforts for the manatee population.
