It defines specific circumstances that qualify as video voyeurism, including instances involving interstate travel, communication, or commerce related to the offense. This expansion aims to address modern challenges in prosecuting such crimes across state lines and using the internet.

The "Stop Human Trafficking of Unaccompanied Migrant Children Act of 2025" aims to protect unaccompanied alien children by establishing stricter vetting standards for sponsors, including background checks for all adults in the household and mandatory home visits. It also requires retroactive vetting of past sponsors and detailed monthly reports to Congress on the placement and well-being of these children. The goal is to prevent human trafficking and ensure the safety of unaccompanied migrant children placed with sponsors in the United States.

The UAP Transparency Act mandates the declassification and public release of all U.S. government documents related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) within 270 days. It requires the President to oversee and report on the progress of this declassification to Congress. This aims to increase transparency and public access to information regarding UAPs.

This bill prohibits the Big Cypress National Preserve in Florida from being designated as wilderness or included in the National Wilderness Preservation System. This ensures the area will not receive the specific protections and management guidelines associated with wilderness areas.

The Safe Shelters Act of 2025 prohibits registered sex offenders from entering undesignated emergency shelters, requiring them to use designated shelters instead. It mandates sex offenders to notify shelter operators of their registry status and directs operators to inform them about designated shelter options. FEMA is authorized to designate Federal buildings or prisons as shelters for sex offenders during disasters and must provide information on designated shelters to all undesignated shelter operators. Violators of this act may face fines and/or imprisonment.

The Port Crane Security and Inspection Act of 2025 mandates security inspections of foreign-made cranes used at high-risk U.S. ports, assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with these cranes. The Act prohibits the operation of new foreign cranes and, within five years, foreign software on cranes at U.S. ports, particularly those connected to a "covered foreign country". These covered foreign countries are identified as foreign adversaries by the intelligence community or the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence. The goal is to enhance port security and protect against potential cyber threats.

The BOWSER Act repeals the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, which currently grants a degree of self-governance to the District of Columbia. This repeal would take effect one year after the enactment of the BOWSER Act. Effectively, this would end the current form of local government in DC.

The "Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act" repeals the inclusion of Social Security benefits in gross income, effectively ending the taxation of these benefits for taxable years beginning after the enactment of this law. The Act mandates the allocation of funds each fiscal year to the Social Security Act or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974, ensuring these programs are not negatively impacted by the tax elimination. The amount allocated must equal the reduction in transfers to these funds because of the change. Congress intends to offset the revenue reduction without raising taxes.

The "Marc Fischer Memorial Act" aims to combat the flow of synthetic drugs, particularly fentanyl, into Federal prisons through the mail. It mandates the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to develop and implement a strategy to equip all Federal correctional facilities with the technology and processes needed to scan mail, protect staff and inmates, and ensure timely delivery of mail copies while maintaining legal mail privileges. The WARN Act aims to improve community safety during weather emergencies by directing the Comptroller General to study the effectiveness of local, state, territory, and federal emergency alert systems. The study will assess alert dissemination methods, evaluate the clarity and actionability of alert content, and explore improvements to public alerting systems. A report on the study's findings will be submitted to Congress within 18 months, with the goal of enhancing emergency response plans and public safety.

This bill proposes to eliminate the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It would cut off all federal funding to USAID starting from the bill's enactment date. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.
