The Puppy Protection Act of 2025 significantly increases humane treatment standards for dog dealers under the Animal Welfare Act. This legislation mandates specific minimum space requirements, daily exercise access, and mandatory socialization for housed dogs. Furthermore, it establishes strict limits on female dog breeding frequency and age, alongside enhanced veterinary care protocols.

This bill impeaches Judge James E. Boasberg, Chief Judge for the District of Columbia, for high crimes and misdemeanors. The impeachment accuses Boasberg of abusing judicial power for political gain by obstructing the President's authority to remove aliens associated with a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization. Boasberg is accused of interfering with the President's enforcement of laws, jeopardizing national safety, and undermining the separation of powers. The bill seeks his removal from office.

The End Taxpayer Funding of Gender Experimentation Act of 2025 prohibits the use of any federal funds for gender transition procedures, including those provided through federal health plans or facilities. This ban also extends to the Affordable Care Act, preventing individuals from using federal premium tax credits or cost-sharing reductions to cover plans that include such procedures. The Major Richard Star Act ensures that military retirees with combat-related disabilities can receive both their military retirement pay and VA disability compensation concurrently without reduction. This law removes previous restrictions that caused military retirement pay to be offset by VA disability payments for these specific cases. This bill, the Donut Dollies Congressional Gold Medal Act, directs the striking of a Congressional Gold Medal to honor the American Red Cross volunteers who served in the Supplemental Recreation Activities Overseas (SRAO) program during the Vietnam War. The "10 Percent Credit Card Interest Rate Cap Act" caps credit card interest rates at 10%, encompassing all finance charges, and restricts additional fees. Violators will forfeit interest, and consumers can recover overpayments through legal action. States can enact stricter consumer protections, and the provisions will sunset on January 1, 2031.

The IVF Access and Affordability Act establishes a new, refundable tax credit for eligible individuals covering expenses related to assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments. This credit is capped at \$20,000 for individuals or \$40,000 for joint filers, subject to specific income phase-out rules. Unused credit amounts can be carried forward for up to five subsequent tax years.

The SAFE Act of 2025 amends existing legislation to explicitly prohibit the slaughter of horses for human consumption, reinforcing protections for these animals. This bill seeks to prevent the inhumane treatment of American equines by closing loopholes that allow their slaughter and export for human consumption.

The Justice for Vaccine Injured Veterans Act of 2025 presumes service-connection for certain diseases, such as myocarditis and Guillain-Barre Syndrome, for veterans who were required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine between August 24, 2021, and January 10, 2023. It also requires the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to track and report on compensation claims related to COVID-19 vaccines and make these reports publicly available.

This bill expresses support for the Iranian people's desire for a democratic, secular, and nonnuclear republic, while condemning the Iranian regime's human rights abuses, support for terrorism, and attempts to develop nuclear weapons. It affirms the right of the Iranian people to self-determination and supports continued sanctions against the current regime. The bill also calls for the protection of Iranian political refugees in Albania.

The "No American Land for Communist China Act" prohibits the President from allowing individuals or entities associated with the Chinese government from purchasing real estate near covered federal lands. Covered lands include those managed by the Departments of Interior, Defense, Agriculture (Forest Service), and Energy, as well as Indian country. This restriction applies to entities with at least 25% equity interest held by Chinese government-affiliated individuals or businesses. The Act defines "United States" broadly to include states, territories, and other U.S. possessions.

The Reinforcing Sanctions on Iranian Terrorists Act requires the President to determine whether to apply sanctions to the Iran Airports Company, which facilitates Mahan Air's operations, due to Mahan Air's support for terrorist activities and the Iranian government's destabilizing actions. This determination must be submitted to Congress within 90 days of the Act's enactment. The Act reinforces existing sanctions against Mahan Air, which has been identified as supporting the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps-Qods Force.

This resolution clarifies that United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758 only addressed seating arrangements and does not validate the People's Republic of China's "One China Principle" regarding Taiwan's status. It asserts that the U.S. "One China Policy" is distinct from Beijing's claims and does not endorse PRC sovereignty over Taiwan. The bill strongly opposes PRC efforts to use the resolution to exclude Taiwan from international organizations and supports Taiwan's meaningful participation globally.
