The Act also mandates regular reports to Congress on the museum's efforts to meet these diversity requirements.

The "Investing in Our Communities Act" modifies the rules for advance refunding bonds, placing limitations on the number of advance refundings, redemption timelines, and investments in higher-yielding securities. It also introduces measures to prevent abusive transactions designed to gain financial advantages beyond interest rate savings. These changes aim to refine the use of advance refunding bonds while ensuring responsible financial practices.

The "National Right-to-Work Act" amends both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act to protect an employee's right to choose whether or not to join or support a labor union. It eliminates the possibility of mandatory union membership or dues payments as a condition of employment, ensuring that employees cannot be forced to join or support a union against their will.

This bill prohibits the Big Cypress National Preserve in Florida from being designated as wilderness or included in the National Wilderness Preservation System. This ensures the area will not receive the specific protections and management guidelines associated with wilderness areas.

The "Stop VOYEURS Act of 2025" broadens the scope of the existing video voyeurism prohibition by removing jurisdictional limitations and increasing the maximum prison sentence to 5 years. It defines specific circumstances that qualify as video voyeurism, including instances involving interstate travel, communication, or commerce related to the offense. This expansion aims to address modern challenges in prosecuting such crimes across state lines and using the internet.

The Safe Shelters Act of 2025 prohibits registered sex offenders from entering undesignated emergency shelters, requiring them to use designated shelters instead. It mandates sex offenders to notify shelter operators of their registry status and directs operators to inform them about designated shelter options. FEMA is authorized to designate Federal buildings or prisons as shelters for sex offenders during disasters and must provide information on designated shelters to all undesignated shelter operators. Violators of this act may face fines and/or imprisonment.

The "Stop Human Trafficking of Unaccompanied Migrant Children Act of 2025" aims to protect unaccompanied alien children by establishing stricter vetting standards for sponsors, including background checks for all adults in the household and mandatory home visits. It also requires retroactive vetting of past sponsors and detailed monthly reports to Congress on the placement and well-being of these children. The goal is to prevent human trafficking and ensure the safety of unaccompanied migrant children placed with sponsors in the United States.

The UAP Transparency Act mandates the declassification and public release of all U.S. government documents related to unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) within 270 days. It requires the President to oversee and report on the progress of this declassification to Congress. This aims to increase transparency and public access to information regarding UAPs.

The Port Crane Security and Inspection Act of 2025 mandates security inspections of foreign-made cranes used at high-risk U.S. ports, assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with these cranes. The Act prohibits the operation of new foreign cranes and, within five years, foreign software on cranes at U.S. ports, particularly those connected to a "covered foreign country". These covered foreign countries are identified as foreign adversaries by the intelligence community or the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Director of National Intelligence. The goal is to enhance port security and protect against potential cyber threats.

The Marc Fischer Memorial Act mandates that the Bureau of Prisons implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve 100% digital scanning of all inmate mail to interdict fentanyl and other synthetic drugs. By transitioning to digital mail processing, the Act aims to protect staff and inmates from lethal exposure, improve institutional security, and alleviate the administrative burden on correctional personnel.

The BOWSER Act repeals the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, which currently grants a degree of self-governance to the District of Columbia. This repeal would take effect one year after the enactment of the BOWSER Act. Effectively, this would end the current form of local government in DC.

The WARN Act aims to improve community safety during weather emergencies by directing the Comptroller General to study the effectiveness of local, state, territory, and federal emergency alert systems. The study will assess alert dissemination methods, evaluate the clarity and actionability of alert content, and explore improvements to public alerting systems. A report on the study's findings will be submitted to Congress within 18 months, with the goal of enhancing emergency response plans and public safety.

The Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act proposes to repeal federal income taxes on Social Security benefits, ensuring these payments are no longer counted as gross income. To protect the financial stability of the Social Security and Railroad Retirement programs, the bill mandates automatic federal appropriations to offset any resulting revenue loss.

This bill mandates the immediate abolishment of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and prohibits the use of federal funds for its operations. It rescinds all unobligated agency funds and transfers all remaining assets and liabilities to the Secretary of State.

This measure ensures product consistency by excluding added sweeteners from the calculation of these solids.

This bill proposes the complete termination of the United States Department of Education. If enacted, the agency would be officially dissolved on December 31, 2026.
