The LGBTQ+ Panic Defense Prohibition Act of 2025 bans the use of a victim's sexual orientation or gender identity as a justification or mitigation for committing a violent crime in federal court. This legislation aims to eliminate "panic defenses" that wrongly suggest a person's identity can excuse criminal behavior. The bill also mandates an annual report from the Attorney General detailing federal prosecutions of bias-motivated crimes against LGBTQ+ individuals.

The ATF Data and Anti-Trafficking Accountability (ATF DATA) Act mandates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to annually publish detailed firearm trace data for Congress and the public. This comprehensive report must break down tracing statistics by seller type, highlight the top 200 sellers, and analyze recovery data in high-homicide areas. The bill also requires specific reporting on "ghost guns," firearms recovered from multiple sales, and overall firearm trafficking patterns.

The Strengthening Protections for Domestic Violence and Stalking Survivors Act of 2025 updates definitions to expand protections for victims of intimate partner violence, including broadening who qualifies as an intimate partner. This legislation clarifies what constitutes a "dating relationship" and extends misdemeanor domestic violence protections to children harmed by a parent's dating partner. Crucially, the Act also creates a new federal prohibition preventing individuals convicted of misdemeanor stalking from owning or possessing firearms.

Canyon's Law prohibits the use of M44 cyanide predator control devices on all public lands due to their extreme toxicity and documented risk to humans and non-target wildlife. The bill mandates the immediate removal of any existing M44 devices within 30 days of enactment. This action is deemed necessary because these devices frequently injure people and kill protected species, despite their low success rate against target animals.

The AMMO Act modernizes federal ammunition regulations by requiring federal licenses for ammunition dealing and mandating recordkeeping for licensed sellers. It also prohibits straw purchases of ammunition and establishes new restrictions and background check requirements for bulk ammunition sales by Federal Firearms Licensees. Finally, the bill mandates annual public reporting from the ATF regarding violations of these new rules.

The Clean Hands Firearm Procurement Act requires the Attorney General to publicly list licensed firearms dealers whose sales are frequently traced in connection with crime guns. Federal agencies are prohibited from awarding contracts to these "covered dealers" within two years of their listing, unless a national security waiver is granted. The Equal Dignity for Married Taxpayers Act of 2025 is a legislative update designed to modernize the Internal Revenue Code by ensuring gender-neutral language is used when referencing married taxpayers and their spouses. The Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act significantly updates existing law to expand privacy protections for individuals aged 13 to 16 online. It imposes new obligations on digital operators regarding the collection, use, and deletion of personal information, including broader definitions for data like geolocation and persistent identifiers. The bill also mandates new security practices and grants specific rights to teens and parents to access, correct, or delete collected data.

The 3D Printed Gun Safety Act of 2025 aims to prevent the proliferation of untraceable firearms manufactured using 3D printing technology. This legislation makes it illegal to intentionally distribute digital files or instructions online that can program a device to manufacture a complete firearm or key firearm components. The goal is to preserve existing gun tracing capabilities and enhance public safety against the threat of ghost guns.

The Keeping Gun Dealers Honest Act of 2025 significantly increases federal oversight and penalties for licensed firearms dealers. This bill allows for more frequent compliance inspections, raises maximum prison sentences for license violations, and grants the Attorney General new authority to deny licenses based on public safety concerns. Furthermore, it mandates stricter recordkeeping enforcement and requires the ATF to report on the implementation of these new measures.

The Women’s Health Protection Act of 2025 establishes a federal right to access abortion services without facing state-imposed restrictions that are not medically necessary for comparable procedures. This Act prohibits states from enacting targeted regulations that create hurdles for abortion access, protects the right to travel out of state for care, and allows individuals and the Attorney General to sue to enforce these protections. Ultimately, the bill aims to ensure equitable access to reproductive healthcare decisions based on a provider's good-faith medical judgment.

The Stopping the Fraudulent Sale of Firearms Act makes it a federal crime to use lies, false promises, or deceptive claims when importing, manufacturing, or selling firearms or ammunition. This legislation also bans using electronic or broadcast media to promote such fraudulent gun sales. The bill updates existing federal law to ensure these deceptive practices carry appropriate penalties.

The Curbing Officials' Income and Nondisclosure (COIN) Act aims to prevent public officials from financially exploiting their positions through digital assets. The bill prohibits covered individuals and their immediate families from engaging in specific digital asset transactions during and shortly after their service. Furthermore, it imposes new criminal penalties for violations and mandates increased financial disclosure requirements for federal employees regarding their cryptocurrency holdings.

The Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025 secures dedicated funding for the Healthy Food Financing Initiative through fiscal year 2029 and beyond. This bill authorizes the Secretary to allocate increasing amounts, starting at \$25 million in 2025 and stabilizing at \$50 million annually from 2029 onward. The funding will be sourced from the Commodity Credit Corporation.

The Safe Environment from Countries Under Repression and Emergency (SECURE) Act creates a new pathway for certain immigrants with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) history to apply for permanent residency within the U.S. This legislation also establishes strict confidentiality protections for applicants against immigration enforcement actions based on their application information.
