The Restoring Trust in Public Servants Act imposes strict new financial restrictions on covered officials across the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches, including mandatory divestment of "covered investments" like stocks and digital assets within 90 days. Furthermore, the bill bans nearly all outside earned income and service on corporate boards for Members of Congress. The A Chance To Serve Act significantly expands benefits for current and former Peace Corps and AmeriCorps volunteers. This legislation increases education awards, provides federal job hiring advantages, and offers one year of post-service healthcare coverage for former volunteers. Furthermore, it suspends federal student loan payments and interest accumulation during service periods for both groups. The bill also makes certain national service payments and educational awards exempt from federal income tax.

The Service Starts At Home Act establishes federal grant programs to support paid internships in local government offices for students. It also creates a scholarship program rewarding K-12 and college students based on the number of hours they dedicate to approved volunteer service. Finally, the Act mandates a system to recognize educational institutions for their significant community service achievements.

The Summer Meals REACH Act of 2025 significantly expands access to the Summer Food Service Program by making all children eligible for meals, regardless of income or school status. This legislation also eases restrictions by allowing meals to be served outside of traditional group settings sooner. Furthermore, it grants the Secretary of Agriculture new flexibility in monitoring food service operations.

This bill, the Buffalo Soldiers Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2025, directs Congress to award a Congressional Gold Medal to the historic Buffalo Soldier regiments for their distinguished service to the United States. The medal will be designed and struck by the Secretary of the Treasury and ultimately housed at the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture. The Act also authorizes the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to help cover the costs of production.

This bill establishes the Partnership for Indo-Pacific Industrial Resilience to strengthen defense industrial capabilities and supply chains among the U.S. and its regional allies. The initiative directs the Department of Defense to collaborate with partners on joint development, production, and standardization of key defense articles. The goal is to enhance collective security by ensuring reliable access to necessary materials and maintaining a technological edge. This program will be overseen by a designated official and will conclude its authorization at the end of 2030.

The Advanced Reactor Modernization for Operational Resilience Act of 2025 establishes a pilot program for the Army to deploy advanced nuclear micro-reactors or small modular reactors to power critical infrastructure by 2030. It also grants military departments the authority to enter into long-term, 50-year contracts for energy generated by advanced nuclear reactors. Furthermore, the bill expands the technology focus of the Office of Strategic Capital to explicitly include nuclear energy and technologies.

The BUILD Housing Act streamlines environmental reviews for certain HUD housing assistance programs by allowing the Secretary to designate them as "special projects." This change simplifies the process under the National Environmental Policy Act, unless another law already specifies the review procedure. Additionally, the bill explicitly allows federally recognized Tribes to assume environmental review responsibilities previously available only to state or local governments.

The TALENTS Act establishes and administers the Presidential Management Fellows Program to recruit high-potential individuals into federal leadership roles. The bill sets forth detailed definitions, outlines annual selection and appointment procedures, and mandates rigorous development, training, and mentorship for Fellows. Furthermore, it establishes rules for Fellows' movement between agencies, conversion to permanent positions, and the creation of Federal Executive Boards to support local government coordination.

This resolution supports the recognition of Korean American Day on January 13th of each year. It acknowledges the wide-ranging positive impact of Korean Americans on the United States. The resolution also commemorates the anniversary of the arrival of the first large wave of Korean immigrants to the U.S.
