The dialogue will focus on supporting free elections, aiding the democratic movement, and ensuring accountability for the current regime's abuses. It also mandates discussions on releasing political prisoners and addressing regional security concerns stemming from the situation in Belarus and Russia.

This Act aims to prevent the proliferation of Iranian-made drones, which are being supplied to U.S. adversaries, by targeting the flow of Western technology used in their production. It mandates the Departments of Commerce and State to develop comprehensive strategies to stop the export of critical dual-use components, such as microelectronics, to Iran. The Ukraine War Risk Insurance Act aims to support Ukraine's economy and national defense by ensuring vital maritime trade can continue. It temporarily expands eligibility for U.S. government war risk insurance for commercial vessels transporting cargo to or from Ukraine. Furthermore, the Act establishes a new State Department initiative to encourage private investment and facilitate the export of critical goods like grain. Finally, it directs the U.S. to diplomatically support international efforts to provide war risk coverage for Ukrainian shipments.

This bill mandates that all short-term rental properties advertised across state lines must be equipped with working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. The "Non-Recognition of Russian Annexation of Ukrainian Territory Act" prohibits the United States from recognizing Russia's claim of sovereignty over any portion of Ukraine. It also prevents any federal department or agency from taking actions that would imply recognition of such claims.

This bill condemns the fraudulent January 2025 Belarusian presidential election and Lukashenka's autocratic rule, denounces the regime's support for Russia's war against Ukraine, and calls for the release of political prisoners. It advocates for free and fair elections in Belarus, continued support for the Belarusian democratic opposition, and further sanctions against the Lukashenka regime. The bill expresses solidarity with the Belarusian people's pursuit of a democratic future.

This bill amends the Long-Term Leasing Act to grant the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe and the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) the authority to enter into leases of up to 99 years for land held in trust. This provides them with the same leasing powers as the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation, promoting economic development and self-determination.

This bill prohibits the use of federal funds to support or facilitate the participation of the Russian Federation in any Group of Seven (G7) proceeding. The "Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance and Rehabilitation Act of 2025" amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, enabling the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to award grants for sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts. It establishes the Sea Turtle Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rapid Response Fund to provide emergency assistance and adds "marine mammal rescue and response" to the list of activities the Secretary can carry out. This act aims to bolster sea turtle conservation through financial support and expanded response capabilities. The grant-awarding authority will expire 7 years after the enactment of the act.
