The "Block the Use of Transatlantic Technology in Iranian Made Drones Act" aims to prevent the illegal export of U.S. technologies used in Iranian unmanned aircraft systems. It requires the Secretaries of Commerce, State, and Defense to develop strategies and options to counter Iran's ability to acquire these technologies, focusing on microelectronics and other critical components. These strategies include identifying manufacturers, distributors, and methods of circumventing export controls, as well as synchronizing export controls with U.S. allies. The Act mandates timely updates to U.S. manufacturers and briefings to relevant congressional committees on these efforts.

The Arctic Watchers Act establishes a program within the Department of State to monitor and counteract malign influence from countries like China and Russia in the Arctic region, focusing on security, economic interests, and natural resources. This program deploys "Arctic Watchers" to key diplomatic posts in Europe and North America to strengthen U.S. engagement and protect U.S. interests in the Arctic. The Act requires annual reports to Congress and authorizes \$10 million in appropriations for fiscal year 2025 and subsequent years.

The "Non-Recognition of Russian Annexation of Ukrainian Territory Act" prohibits the United States from recognizing Russia's claim of sovereignty over any portion of Ukraine. It also prevents any federal department or agency from taking actions that would imply recognition of such claims.

This bill condemns the fraudulent January 2025 Belarusian presidential election and Lukashenka's autocratic rule, denounces the regime's support for Russia's war against Ukraine, and calls for the release of political prisoners.
