The Raise the Age Act of 2025 prohibits licensed firearm dealers from selling certain semiautomatic rifles and shotguns to individuals under 21, with exceptions for active military members and law enforcement officers. It also requires purchasers of these firearms to certify they are at least 21 or a "qualified individual". Additionally, the Act mandates a report from the FBI Director on improving information-sharing protocols for the FBI's public access line.

This bill designates March 2025 as Endometriosis Awareness Month to highlight the need for increased research, early detection, and better treatment options for endometriosis. The "John W. Walsh Alpha-1 Home Infusion Act of 2025" amends the Social Security Act to include Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency Disorder treatment under Medicare Part B starting January 1, 2027. This covers augmentation therapy provided at home, intravenous administration kits, and associated nursing services for eligible individuals with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. Medicare will cover 80% of the costs for these home infusion services, with payments made directly to qualified suppliers. These services will not be classified as home health services under Medicare.

The "Mobility Means Freedom Tax Credit Act" introduces a tax credit for individuals, covering 50% of the cost of qualified mobility devices like wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers, including enhancements. The credit is limited to three devices per tax year. It ensures that expenses used for the credit cannot also be used for other deductions, and it applies to expenses incurred after the bill's enactment.

The "Children's Health Protection Act of 2025" codifies and enhances the EPA's Office of Children's Health Protection and the Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee. The "Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve Establishment Act" redesignates the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park as the Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and establishes the Ocmulgee Mounds National Preserve in Georgia. It allows the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land for both the Park and Preserve from willing sellers, but prohibits the use of eminent domain. The Act also establishes an Advisory Council to advise on the management of the Park and Preserve, and prioritizes hiring members of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Finally, the Act puts approximately 126 acres of land owned by the Tribe into trust for the Tribe's benefit.

The Paycheck Fairness Act aims to strengthen and enhance enforcement of equal pay requirements by redefining "sex," modifying the "bona fide factor" defense for pay disparities, broadening the definition of "same establishment," strengthening non-retaliation protections, and enhancing penalties for employers who violate equal pay provisions. The Act also requires training programs, research, education, and outreach initiatives to eliminate pay disparities, and establishes a National Award for Pay Equity in the Workplace. Additionally, the Act directs the EEOC to collect compensation data, reinstates pay equity programs, prohibits the use of wage history in determining salary, and establishes a National Equal Pay Enforcement Task Force to improve compliance and enforcement of equal pay laws.

The Puppy Protection Act of 2025 amends the Animal Welfare Act to establish comprehensive standards for dog dealers, focusing on humane treatment. These standards include requirements for flooring, space, temperature, nutrition, exercise, socialization, veterinary care, and breeding practices. The Act sets specific guidelines for breeding frequency, age, and veterinary procedures, as well as humane placement for retired breeding dogs. It directs the Secretary to finalize regulations for these standards within 18 months.

The Air America Act of 2025 authorizes the Director of the CIA to award payments to former employees of Air America and affiliated companies who supported the U.S. government between 1950 and 1976, or to their survivors. Eligible individuals or their survivors could receive up to $40,000 for five years of qualifying service, with additional amounts for longer service, with a cap on total awards at $60 million. The Act establishes application procedures, limitations on attorney fees, and prohibits judicial review of the Director's decisions, while also requiring regular reports to Congress on the status of the award payments. This act does not qualify anyone for federal benefits like retirement, disability, or death benefits.

The "Protect Our Watchdogs Act of 2025" establishes that a President may only remove an Inspector General for specific causes, such as neglect of duty, malfeasance, or abuse of authority. Any removal must be documented with the specific reasons for the removal. This ensures Inspectors General can effectively perform their duties without political interference.

The "Shifting Limits on Thresholds Act of 2025" or the "SLOT Act of 2025" amends the Internal Revenue Code, increasing the tax reporting threshold for slot machine winnings to $5,000 from a single play. This threshold will be adjusted for inflation after 2026. These changes apply to payments made after December 31, 2025.

Recognizes the importance of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in providing nutritious meals and snacks to children and adults in care settings, supporting their health and development. Acknowledges the third week of March as National CACFP Week to raise awareness of the child and adult care food program of the Department of Agriculture. Urges the continued strengthening of CACFP through various measures, including increased meal reimbursements and reduced administrative burdens, to further enhance its positive impact and lower costs in the care economy.

The "Feed Hungry Veterans Act of 2025" amends the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008, expanding SNAP eligibility for disabled veterans. It includes veterans with a 60% or higher disability rating, those with multiple disabilities totaling 70% or higher with one at 40%, those catastrophically disabled, and those under 65 receiving certain pensions. These changes will take effect on October 1, 2030.

The "Office of Management and Budget Inspector General Act" establishes an Inspector General for the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This act amends existing law to include the OMB under the definition of "establishment" and requires the President to appoint an Inspector General for the OMB within 120 days. The Inspector General's jurisdiction is limited to matters specifically assigned to the Office by law.

The "Cerebral Palsy Research Program Authorization Act of 2025" directs the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to establish a research program on cerebral palsy, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and the costs associated with the condition. It also mandates the provision of education and training for healthcare professionals and the public regarding cerebral palsy. The act allocates $5,000,000 annually from 2026 through 2031 to fund these activities.

The "Deliver for Democracy Act" aims to improve the on-time delivery of periodicals by the USPS by setting a 95% on-time delivery target or requiring a 2% increase in on-time delivery performance to unlock additional rate authority. It mandates annual reporting on delivery performance and requires a study on alternative pricing to support periodicals.
