The "Rosie the Riveter Commemorative Coin Act" directs the Department of Treasury to mint and issue gold, silver, and half-dollar coins in 2028 to honor the women who contributed to the World War II Home Front. The coin designs will represent the legacy of these women, with input from the Rosie the Riveter Trust, the Commission of Fine Arts, and the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee. Surcharges from the coin sales will go to the Rosie the Riveter Trust to support the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historical Park and educational programs. This act ensures that the coin minting incurs no net cost to the government and recognizes the invaluable contributions of women during WWII.

The Prevent Tariff Abuse Act amends the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to limit the President's power, preventing them from imposing import duties, tariff-rate quotas, or other quotas on goods entering the United States under the authority of that act.

It recognizes the important influence, contributions, and sacrifices of Korean Americans in the United States, and celebrates the 122nd anniversary of the arrival of the first Korean immigrants to the U.S. The bill encourages all Americans to acknowledge and celebrate the integral role of Korean Americans in strengthening the ties between the United States and the Republic of Korea.

The "Sea Turtle Rescue Assistance and Rehabilitation Act of 2025" amends the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, enabling the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to award grants for sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation efforts. It establishes the Sea Turtle Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rapid Response Fund to provide emergency assistance and adds "marine mammal rescue and response" to the list of activities the Secretary can carry out. This act aims to bolster sea turtle conservation through financial support and expanded response capabilities. The grant-awarding authority will expire 7 years after the enactment of the act.

The "Health Care Affordability Act of 2025" expands eligibility for health insurance tax credits by removing the income cap, allowing more individuals and families to qualify for financial assistance. The bill adjusts the premium tax credit calculation, providing a sliding scale based on income to ensure affordability. These changes will apply to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The Train FOOD Act requires Amtrak to establish an advisory committee to oversee the implementation of recommendations from the Amtrak Food and Beverage Working Group. Amtrak must submit annual reports to Congress detailing the progress of these recommendations, including justifications for any that are deemed impractical or impossible to implement. The Comptroller General is also required to submit a report to Congress, detailing Amtrak's progress in implementing each recommendation.

The Train EATS Act requires Amtrak to provide food and beverage service, including traditional dining where practical, on overnight routes. It also mandates a more affordable option for all passengers. If not fully utilized by premium class passengers, traditional dining must be offered to coach passengers for a fee. The Act ensures healthy meal options and accommodations for dietary restrictions are available.

This proposed constitutional amendment limits the President's pardon power, prohibiting pardons for themselves, their family, administration members, campaign employees, or anyone who financially benefited the aforementioned. It also restricts pardons for offenses directed by or coordinated with the President. Pardons issued for corrupt purposes would be invalid, and Congress is granted the power to enforce these limitations.

The "Proxy Voting for New Parents Resolution" allows Members of the House, Delegates, and the Resident Commissioner who have recently given birth or whose spouse has given birth to designate another Member to vote on their behalf in the House, in committee, and in the Committee of the Whole for a period of 12 weeks. This proxy voting authority can begin before the birth if a doctor advises that the pregnancy presents a serious medical condition or that she is unable to travel safely. The resolution outlines specific procedures for designating, changing, and revoking proxy designations, ensuring transparency and adherence to instructions. Members whose votes are cast by proxy will not be counted for quorum purposes.

The Amputation Reduction and Compassion Act of 2025 aims to reduce preventable amputations due to peripheral artery disease (PAD) through increased education, expanded Medicare and Medicaid coverage of PAD screening tests for at-risk individuals, and the development of quality measures focused on amputation prevention. This act establishes a PAD education program, waives cost-sharing for PAD screening tests for at-risk beneficiaries, and promotes amputation prevention programs. Ultimately, the goal is to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and address disparities in amputation rates.

The Veterans Infertility Treatment Act of 2025 requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide infertility treatments, including up to three IVF cycles resulting in a live birth or 10 attempted cycles, to eligible veterans and their partners. It permits the use of donated gametes or embryos with proper consent and covers travel expenses for partners. The Act also defines key terms and requires the VA to issue regulations for implementation within one year, while expanding services to include partners of veterans, regardless of marital status, and the use of donated gametes or embryos in the interim.

The "Improving Menopause Care for Veterans Act of 2025" directs the Comptroller General to study and report on the menopause care services provided to veterans by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The report will assess various aspects of VA's menopause care, including access, quality, training, and research. Following the report, the VA Secretary must submit a strategic plan to Congress detailing how the VA will implement the report's recommendations to improve menopause care for veterans.
