This bill, the "No Tax Exemptions For Terror Act," proposes to revoke the tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for the Council on American-Islamic Relations and any other organization found to have ties to terrorism or terrorist organizations. Furthermore, any false statements regarding Sharia adherence to federal officials will result in severe immigration penalties, and all related determinations are explicitly barred from judicial review.

The Protect Consumers from Reallocation Costs Act of 2025 prohibits the EPA from reallocating the renewable fuel volume obligations of small refineries that receive exemption extensions. This ensures that the volume remains tied to the exempt refinery rather than being shifted to other obligated parties. Furthermore, the bill requires the EPA to count the fuel produced by an exempt small refinery when calculating the overall production obligations for its parent company.

The Patients Deserve Price Tags Act aims to significantly increase healthcare price transparency across the board. It mandates that hospitals, clinical diagnostic laboratories, and ambulatory surgical centers must publicly post detailed, consumer-friendly pricing information, including negotiated rates and cash prices. Furthermore, the bill strengthens requirements for health plans to provide real-time cost-sharing estimates and mandates itemized Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and itemized bills to consumers after receiving care. Finally, it increases fiduciary oversight by requiring group health plans to gain greater access to claims and payment data from their service providers.

The FARMS Act temporarily pauses the calculation of the Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR) for H-2A agricultural visa workers for up to two years. This allows the Secretary of Labor to continue using the existing AEWR if a reliable new calculation method cannot be determined. The goal is to maintain wage stability for temporary foreign agricultural workers during this period.

The Efficient Nuclear Licensing Hearings Act streamlines the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) process for issuing certain nuclear facility permits and licenses. This legislation allows the NRC to issue permits without automatically holding a full hearing if no affected party requests one. It also updates procedures to favor informal hearings when they are held and modifies timing requirements for license issuance.

The No Shari’a Act ensures that U.S. courts rely exclusively on Federal and State laws when making decisions. This legislation prohibits courts and arbitrators from enforcing any foreign law, including Sharia law, if doing so would violate fundamental constitutional rights. The Act is designed to prevent foreign legal codes from undermining the established constitutional protections guaranteed to all Americans.
