The "Uranium for Energy Independence Act of 2025" designates uranium as a critical mineral, overriding any existing exclusions for fuel minerals. This inclusion mandates that uranium be listed as a critical mineral on the 2022 list published by the United States Geological Survey and all future lists, as required by the Energy Act of 2020.

The DEFUND Act of 2025 terminates U.S. membership in the United Nations and all affiliated organizations, repeals existing acts that enable U.S. participation, and prohibits future funding or involvement in UN activities, including peacekeeping operations and conventions. The bill defines specific criteria for what constitutes a "natural asset company" to ensure the prohibition is appropriately applied.

The "Death Tax Repeal Act" eliminates both estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes, effective from the date of enactment. It adjusts gift tax calculations by setting the lifetime gift exemption at $10,000,000, with inflation adjustments after 2011. The Act also includes transitional rules for applying certain sections of the Internal Revenue Code during the enactment year.

The "National Right-to-Work Act" amends both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act to protect an employee's right to choose whether or not to join or support a labor union. It eliminates the possibility of mandatory union membership or dues payments as a condition of employment, ensuring that employees cannot be forced to join or support a union against their will.

This bill repeals the Impoundment Control Act of 1974, eliminating the requirements for the President to report to Congress on decisions to withhold or delay spending of appropriated funds. This removes the process by which Congress can approve or disapprove of these presidential actions.

The "Emergency Border Control Resolution" establishes the federal budget for fiscal year 2025, replacing previous resolutions and setting budgetary levels through 2034. The PLCAA Federal Jurisdiction Act allows firearm manufacturers, sellers, and trade associations to remove certain state-level civil lawsuits to federal court. Once moved, federal courts are authorized to review these cases and dismiss those that qualify as protected civil liability actions under existing law.

The Veterans Access to Direct Primary Care Act establishes a five-year pilot program allowing eligible veterans to use health savings accounts to access primary care services from non-VA providers. This initiative aims to increase healthcare flexibility by funding direct primary care arrangements through existing Veterans Health Administration resources.

This bill updates the TRICARE reimbursement system to ensure that payment rates for medical services are adjusted based on the specific type and location of the facility where care is provided. It mandates that the Secretary of Defense utilize the lowest authorized rate when multiple options are available and requires providers to include location-specific identifiers on all claims. These changes are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026.

This bill proposes the complete termination of the United States Department of Education. If enacted, the agency would be officially dissolved on December 31, 2026.
