The "Abolish the ATF Act" eliminates the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). This would effectively end the ATF's regulatory and enforcement powers over alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to be valid.

The "Ensuring United Families at the Border Act" modifies the detention rules for families entering the U.S. unlawfully, stating that there is no assumption that a minor entering the U.S. with a parent should not be detained. It mandates that the Department of Homeland Security detain parents who have been charged with misdemeanor offenses for unlawful entry along with their child. Additionally, the Act prohibits states from requiring immigration detention facilities housing families with children to be licensed by the state or local governments.

The Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2025 mandates a comprehensive audit of the Federal Reserve System by the Comptroller General within one year. Following the audit, a detailed report must be submitted to Congress, including findings and recommendations. This act aims to increase transparency and accountability within the Federal Reserve System by repealing audit limitations.

The "Stop Woke Investing Act" aims to modify SEC regulations regarding shareholder proposals, limiting the number of proposals companies must include on proxy cards based on filer status (non-accelerated, accelerated, large accelerated). It mandates that only proposals with a material financial impact on the company can be included, as determined by the company itself. This act does not require companies to include proposals that are otherwise excludable under SEC rules.

The Secret Service Prioritization Act of 2025 shifts the responsibility of investigating financial crimes and fraud from the Secret Service to the FBI, allowing the Secret Service to focus on protection duties. It enables a smooth transition by transferring personnel, assets, and ongoing legal proceedings to the FBI. The Act ensures that completed actions and reporting requirements remain valid and applicable under the new management. This change aims to streamline law enforcement efforts and enhance the focus of each agency.

The First Amendment Accountability Act allows citizens to sue federal employees who violate their First Amendment rights, but prevents federal employees from suing the government for actions related to their employment. Courts can award attorney's fees to the winning party, excluding the United States. The Act defines "federal employee" as any executive branch worker, excluding the President and Vice President.

Grant's Law mandates the detention of aliens unlawfully present in the U.S. who are arrested for offenses that would make them inadmissible or deportable. It requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to detain these individuals and initiate removal proceedings, completing them within 90 days of detention. The law also allows the Secretary to release aliens to the appropriate authority for proceedings after arrest, resuming custody when necessary, and ensures continued detention until removal proceedings are complete, even if the alien is not convicted of the offense for which they were arrested.

The WHO Withdrawal Act withdraws the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) upon enactment. It also prohibits any federal funds from being used to support the WHO or any successor organization. Finally, the act repeals the Act of June 14, 1948, which previously authorized U.S. participation and funding of the WHO.

The Land And Social Security Optimization Act (LASSO Act) directs 10% of the revenue generated from activities on public lands managed by the Department of the Interior and the Forest Service to be deposited into the Social Security Trust Fund annually. This act does not authorize increasing prices for activities on public lands, nor does it reduce funds available to states, Indian Tribes, territories, or local governments from revenue generated on public lands.

The KAMALA Act prohibits housing and community development grants from being used to assist individuals who are not U.S. nationals or lawfully admitted for permanent residence. It also prevents the Secretary from providing grants to any state, local government, or Indian tribe that administers housing or community development programs offering assistance to individuals who are not U.S. nationals or lawfully admitted for permanent residence.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. The act defines "discriminate" as making judgments or refusing/limiting services based on biased criteria, rather than case-by-case evaluations, empirical data, financial risk, or legal non-compliance.
