It focuses on accelerating forest restoration, managing vegetation, streamlining timber sales, and promoting collaboration between federal agencies, local communities, and private entities. The Act also seeks to modernize wildfire management practices by prioritizing innovative technologies and streamlining environmental review processes.

The "Wildland Firefighters Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to present a Congressional Gold Medal to wildland firefighters collectively, recognizing their service, sacrifice, and bravery. The Secretary of the Treasury will produce the medal, consulting with the National Interagency Fire Center on the design, and bronze duplicates will be made available for sale to the public. After the presentation, the medal will be given to the National Interagency Fire Center for display and research.

The "Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act" suspends U.S. funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) until any pandemic-related treaty is ratified by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. It restricts U.S. participation in international agreements under the WHO Constitution for pandemic response unless approved as a treaty by the Senate. The Act prohibits U.S. funds from being used for the WHO from the date any such agreement goes into effect until Senate approval.

The "Build the Wall Act of 2025" redirects unspent COVID-19 relief funds to a new "Southern Border Wall Construction Fund." This fund will be used by the Department of Homeland Security to build and maintain physical barriers along the U.S.-Mexico border.
