The Wyoming Public Lands Initiative Act of 2025 designates several wilderness areas, releases specific Wilderness Study Areas for other uses, and establishes both a National Conservation Area and Motorized Recreation Area in the Dubois Badlands. It also creates several Special Management Areas with specific rules to protect natural resources and directs the Secretary of Interior to conduct studies for potential land transfers and motorized recreation areas in specific counties. This act aims to balance conservation, recreation, and resource management across Wyoming's public lands.

The "Eliminate Lavish Incentives To Electric Vehicles Act" repeals several clean energy tax credits, including those for new and used clean vehicles, qualified commercial clean vehicles, and excludes electric vehicle recharging property from the alternative fuel vehicle refueling property credit. These changes would take effect for vehicles or property purchased (or under binding contract) more than 30 days after the Act's enactment.

The WEST Act of 2025 repeals a Bureau of Land Management rule concerning conservation and landscape health that was published in the Federal Register (88 Fed. Reg. 19583). This action effectively voids the rule.

The "Fair Funding for Rural Hospitals Act" amends the Social Security Act to set a minimum Medicaid Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) allotment for each state, ensuring more stable funding for hospitals that serve a large number of low-income patients. Starting in 2025, every state will receive a DSH allotment of no less than $20,000,000, adjusted for inflation in later years, regardless of other calculations or required reductions. This aims to provide financial stability to rural hospitals.

The "Enhancing Energy Recovery Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code to update and broaden the criteria for carbon oxide disposal, use, or utilization, including secure geological storage and enhanced oil or natural gas recovery. It adjusts the applicable dollar amount for carbon oxide disposal, setting it at $17, adjusted for inflation, with a higher rate of $36 for projects meeting specific requirements. These changes apply to taxable years starting after December 31, 2024.

The "Making National Parks Safer Act" requires the Secretary of the Interior to assess and report on the status of Next Generation 911 systems in National Park System units' emergency communication centers. It directs the Secretary to develop a plan, in consultation with state, local, and federal stakeholders, to install and maintain Next Generation 911 systems in these units to improve emergency response capabilities, ensuring interoperability with other systems. A plan is not required for units where the superintendent determines sufficient Next Generation 911 systems have already been installed or are being installed.

The "Resiliency for Ranching and Natural Conservation Health Act" allows the Secretaries of Agriculture and Interior to provide temporary grazing land to permit or lease holders whose original land is unusable due to natural disasters. It outlines terms for these temporary permits, prioritizing ecological conditions and coordination between agencies. The bill ensures temporary use doesn't alter original permit terms or future grazing rights and requires the Secretaries to establish implementation guidelines and evaluate land health conditions.

The Wildfire Prevention Act of 2025 aims to improve forest management and reduce wildfire risks on federal lands through increased treatment goals, transparent reporting, and the deployment of new technologies. It focuses on accelerating forest restoration, managing vegetation, streamlining timber sales, and promoting collaboration between federal agencies, local communities, and private entities. The Act also seeks to modernize wildfire management practices by prioritizing innovative technologies and streamlining environmental review processes.

The "Wildland Firefighters Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate to present a Congressional Gold Medal to wildland firefighters collectively, recognizing their service, sacrifice, and bravery. The Secretary of the Treasury will produce the medal, consulting with the National Interagency Fire Center on the design, and bronze duplicates will be made available for sale to the public. After the presentation, the medal will be given to the National Interagency Fire Center for display and research.
