The WHO Withdrawal Act withdraws the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO) upon enactment. It also prohibits any federal funds from being used to support the WHO or any successor organization. Finally, the act repeals the Act of June 14, 1948, which previously authorized U.S. participation and funding of the WHO.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. It clarifies that premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage. The Act also revises notice requirements for health plans, mandating clear disclosure of abortion coverage and any associated premium surcharges to enrollees. Exceptions to the funding restrictions are included for cases of rape, incest, or when the mother's life is in danger.

The "Fentanyl is a WMD Act" mandates the Department of Homeland Security to classify illicit fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction. This directs the Assistant Secretary for the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office to treat illicit fentanyl as such, as defined in the Homeland Security Act of 2002.

The Original Living American Wage (LAW) Act amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to incrementally raise the federal minimum wage to \$26.59 an hour by 2030. Starting in 2030, the minimum wage will be reassessed every 7 years by the Secretary, using a formula to ensure a wage earner's income is at least 40% above the poverty threshold for a renting family of four. This adjustment aims to address poverty and ensure that minimum wage workers can afford basic needs like housing. The act also states that the federal minimum wage should be adjusted when inflation rises to 5% or more over 2 years.

This bill permits the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader to jointly relocate House and Senate meetings outside of Washington, D.C., if deemed necessary for the public's interest, following consultations with the House and Senate Minority Leaders.

The "Ending Catch and Release Act of 2025" amends immigration law to mandate the detention of asylum seekers and other inadmissible individuals, preventing their release into the U.S. while awaiting proceedings. It also raises the standard of proof for asylum eligibility and requires the return of asylum seekers arriving from contiguous territories to those territories. The bill aims to expedite the removal process, mandating removal within 72 hours and prohibiting parole or release into the U.S.

This bill expresses the House of Representatives' view that the Parthenon Marbles, removed from Greece in the early 19th century, should be returned. The "Protection from Obamacare Mandates and Congressional Equity Act" modifies exemptions to the Affordable Care Act's (ACA) health coverage requirements for individuals in counties with limited insurer participation. It also mandates that the President, Vice President, political appointees, Members of Congress, and congressional staff obtain health insurance through the ACA exchanges without government contributions, and limits their tax credits and cost-sharing reductions. This bill clarifies that Congress is not a "small employer" for purposes of enrolling in an Exchange.

This bill nullifies the Environmental Protection Agency's "Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards for Heavy-Duty Vehicles-Phase 3." By disapproving the rule, the bill prevents the EPA from enforcing stricter emissions standards for heavy-duty vehicles.

This bill disapproves and nullifies the Environmental Protection Agency's rule regarding Trichloroethylene (TCE) regulation under the Toxic Substances Control Act.
