The "Teleabortion Prevention Act of 2025" prohibits healthcare providers from performing chemical abortions without being physically present to examine the patient, administer the medication, and schedule a follow-up visit. Violators may face fines and imprisonment, but the patient cannot be prosecuted. An exception is included if the abortion is necessary to save the mother's life.

The "No Abortion Coverage for Medicaid Act" seeks to codify the Hyde Amendment by ensuring that federal Medicaid funds are not used for abortions or health coverage that includes abortion services. This includes prohibiting the use of federal funds for travel or lodging related to obtaining an abortion. Exceptions are made only in cases of rape, incest, to save the mother's life, or for the treatment of a miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.

The "Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act" restricts the use of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and similar health accounts for abortion expenses, starting in 2026. It provides exceptions for abortions in cases of rape, incest, or to save the woman's life, with physician certification required.

The "Life at Conception Act" declares that the right to life, as guaranteed by the Constitution, is vested in each human being, both born and preborn, from fertilization onward. This act defines "human being" as every member of the species homo sapiens at all stages of life. Notably, the act specifies that no woman shall be prosecuted for the death of her unborn child.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. This removes the previous expiration date, providing long-term tax certainty for eligible businesses. The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

This bill expresses the House of Representatives' belief that a sermon given at the National Prayer Service on January 21, 2025, was an act of political activism. The bill condemns the message delivered by the Right Reverend Mariann Edgar Budde during the service.

The act does not override stricter state laws or create a right to abortion.

This bill nullifies the FDA's January 2023 modifications to the risk evaluation and mitigation strategy (REMS) for mifepristone, an abortion pill. It also prevents the Secretary of Health and Human Services from creating or enforcing similar regulations related to mifepristone's distribution.

This bill expresses support for designating January 26 - February 1, 2025, as "National School Choice Week" to recognize the importance of diverse K-12 education options and the role of parents in choosing the best learning environment for their children. It encourages raising awareness about the benefits of educational choice and congratulates those involved in education.

The "Hershel Woody Williams National Medal of Honor Monument Location Act" allows the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation to build a monument on federal land in Washington, D.C., to honor Medal of Honor recipients. It places the National Medal of Honor Monument near the Lincoln Memorial, and overrides location restrictions to allow it to be within the Reserve, as defined in section 8902. All other provisions regarding commemorative works still apply.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to fix the number of Supreme Court justices at nine. For this amendment to be valid, three-fourths of the state legislatures must ratify it within seven years of its submission.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health plans that cover abortions, while allowing individuals and entities to purchase separate abortion coverage with non-federal funds. The "Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025" mandates that states must submit comprehensive abortion data to the CDC to receive Medicaid funding for family planning services. This act aims to standardize abortion data collection nationwide by requiring the CDC to create a standard data collection worksheet, and ensure the publication of annual reports on abortion statistics. Penalties are in place for states that knowingly submit false information.

The "Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement Act of 2025" or the "RIFLE Act of 2025" aims to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) by modifying penalties for Federal firearms licensees who commit civil violations, changing the process for license applications, and defining "willfully" in the context of firearms license violations. The bill also requires the Attorney General to reconsider denied firearm license applications based on the new rules, establish formal inspection standards, and limit the use of firearms purchaser information. Additionally, it provides opportunities to cure violations after the acquisition of a firearms business and sets standards for criminal violations of recordkeeping requirements.

The "Protect Funding for Women's Health Care Act" redirects federal funds away from Planned Parenthood to other eligible entities that provide women's health services such as well-child care, prenatal and postpartum care, immunizations, and cancer screenings, particularly in underserved areas. This ensures continued access to comprehensive healthcare for women without reducing overall federal funding for women's health initiatives. The bill codifies that Planned Parenthood, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, or clinics, will not be eligible for these federal funds. It does not alter existing abortion-related funding restrictions.

The "Protecting Life on College Campus Act of 2025" aims to prevent federal funds from going to colleges and universities that offer abortion drugs or abortions through school-based service sites. To remain eligible for federal funding, these institutions must annually certify that their campus clinics do not provide abortion drugs or abortions, with specific exceptions for procedures intended to save a mother's life. The term "abortion drug" is defined as any drug used to intentionally kill an unborn child or terminate a pregnancy. This act does not apply to hospitals.

The SHARKED Act of 2025 establishes a Shark Task Force to address conflicts between sharks and fishing operations, known as shark depredation. This group will coordinate research and develop strategies, including non-lethal deterrents, to minimize harmful interactions. The bill also authorizes dedicated funding for new research projects focused on understanding and mitigating shark depredation issues.

The Birthright Citizenship Act of 2025 amends the Immigration and Nationality Act, clarifying that individuals born in the U.S. are citizens if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or an alien with lawful status serving in the armed forces. This clarification applies to those born after the Act's enactment, ensuring that citizenship is tied to a parent's connection to the U.S. The bill specifies the criteria for being "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States for citizenship at birth.
