The Pakistan Democracy Act establishes a U.S. policy to support democracy, free elections, and the rule of law in Pakistan. The "Donald J. Trump $250 Bill Act" would require the Department of Treasury to print $250 Federal Reserve notes featuring a portrait of Donald J. Trump, to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States. This bill also amends existing law to allow the portrait of living Presidents to appear on United States currency and securities.

The "National Right-to-Work Act" amends both the National Labor Relations Act and the Railway Labor Act to protect an employee's right to choose whether or not to join or support a labor union. It eliminates the possibility of mandatory union membership or dues payments as a condition of employment, ensuring that employees cannot be forced to join or support a union against their will.

The United States-Israel Defense Partnership Act of 2025 seeks to bolster the defense relationship between the United States and Israel through joint initiatives and increased cooperation. The "Freedom First Lend Lease Act" empowers the President to lend or lease defense articles to Ukraine and Eastern European countries impacted by Russia's invasion, for fiscal years 2026 and 2027, temporarily waiving certain restrictions related to foreign assistance and arms export control for Ukraine. The bill requires expedited procedures for the delivery of defense articles and stipulates that standard laws regarding return, reimbursement, and repayment will apply. Presidential authority can only be delegated to Senate-confirmed officials.

The "Georgian Nightmare Non-Recognition Act" prohibits the U.S. from recognizing any Georgian government led by Bidzina Ivanishvili or his associates, and requires the U.S. to actively discourage other countries from recognizing such a government. It authorizes sanctions and measures to combat corruption and foreign influence in Georgia, while affirming recognition of the current Georgian President until free and fair elections can be held. The Act restricts U.S. officials and funds from actions implying recognition of an Ivanishvili regime, and can be revoked if Georgia restores its constitution and democratic processes.
