The "Erie Canal Bicentennial Commemorative Coin Act" directs the Department of Treasury to mint and issue gold, silver, and half-dollar coins to commemorate the bicentennial of the Erie Canal. These coins, which are legal tender, will be available in uncirculated and proof qualities for one year beginning January 1, 2026. The PILLS Act establishes new tax incentives to boost domestic manufacturing of generic drugs and biosimilars. It creates a production tax credit based on the value added to eligible components made in the U.S., with bonuses for using domestic materials. The New Markets Tax Credit Extension Act of 2025 permanently extends the New Markets Tax Credit, which incentivizes investment in low-income communities. It removes the credit's expiration date and adjusts the credit amount for inflation after 2025. The act also provides alternative minimum tax relief for qualified equity investments made after December 31, 2024.

This Act establishes the Fort Ontario Holocaust Refugee Shelter National Historical Park within the National Park System. The park will preserve and interpret the history of the refugees housed at Fort Ontario between 1944 and 1946. Establishment is contingent upon the Secretary of the Interior securing the necessary land as defined by a specific boundary map. The Secretary will manage the park and can partner with the State of New York for operations and restoration efforts.

The DIRECT Act rescinds unspent enforcement funding previously allocated to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). These withdrawn funds are immediately redirected to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This redirected money is specifically designated to cover the salaries and expenses for new agents hired to secure the southern border.

The Second Amendment Guarantee Act (SAGA) aims to limit the power of state and local governments to regulate rifles and shotguns. It prevents states and their subdivisions from imposing stricter regulations or higher penalties on these firearms that have crossed state lines, ensuring federal law takes precedence. Conflicting state or local laws are invalidated, and individuals who successfully sue for violations of this act will be awarded attorney's fees.

The "Protect Local Farms Act" amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, preventing states from setting maximum workweeks for agricultural employees at less than 60 hours, superseding any existing state laws.

The "Commission to Relocate the Federal Bureaucracy Act" establishes a commission to study and recommend the relocation of certain federal agencies out of the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. The commission will evaluate potential new locations based on financial efficiency, infrastructure, partnership opportunities, and telework capabilities. A report with recommendations must be submitted to Congress within one year.
