The Federal Insurance Office Elimination Act eliminates the Federal Insurance Office and the position of its Director within the Department of the Treasury. It transfers certain responsibilities and authorities previously held by the office to other entities, such as the Secretary of the Treasury and the Board of Governors. The act also makes related amendments to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act to reflect these changes. This bill does not repeal or limit the Secretary of the Treasury's authority over insurance-related matters.

The "Strengthening our Servicemembers with Milk Act" mandates that the Department of Defense provide diverse milk options, including flavored, organic, and lactose-free varieties, in military dining facilities. It also prohibits the purchase of milk from entities owned or controlled by foreign adversaries.

This bill nullifies the FDA's January 2023 modifications to the risk evaluation and mitigation strategy (REMS) for mifepristone, an abortion pill. It also prevents the Secretary of Health and Human Services from creating or enforcing similar regulations related to mifepristone's distribution.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. The "Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement Act of 2025" or the "RIFLE Act of 2025" aims to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) by modifying penalties for Federal firearms licensees who commit civil violations, changing the process for license applications, and defining "willfully" in the context of firearms license violations. The bill also requires the Attorney General to reconsider denied firearm license applications based on the new rules, establish formal inspection standards, and limit the use of firearms purchaser information. Additionally, it provides opportunities to cure violations after the acquisition of a firearms business and sets standards for criminal violations of recordkeeping requirements.

The "Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025" mandates that states must submit comprehensive abortion data to the CDC to receive Medicaid funding for family planning services. This act aims to standardize abortion data collection nationwide by requiring the CDC to create a standard data collection worksheet, and ensure the publication of annual reports on abortion statistics. Penalties are in place for states that knowingly submit false information.

The "Protect Funding for Women's Health Care Act" redirects federal funds away from Planned Parenthood to other eligible entities that provide women's health services such as well-child care, prenatal and postpartum care, immunizations, and cancer screenings, particularly in underserved areas. This ensures continued access to comprehensive healthcare for women without reducing overall federal funding for women's health initiatives. The bill codifies that Planned Parenthood, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, or clinics, will not be eligible for these federal funds. It does not alter existing abortion-related funding restrictions.

This resolution formally expresses the House of Representatives' support for the "Day of Tears" to mourn the estimated 62 million unborn lives lost since 1973. It encourages the lowering of United States flags to half-staff on January 22nd each year to honor these lives. Furthermore, the resolution urges state legislatures to pass laws affirming the sanctity of life and improving abortion data collection.

The FARM Act aims to protect U.S. agriculture by including it in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, adding the Secretary of Agriculture to the committee, and mandating reviews of foreign investments in U.S. agricultural businesses. The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Restore Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability Act of 2025" aims to improve accountability within the VA by modifying procedures for disciplining VA supervisors, senior executives, and other employees for misconduct or poor performance. It expedites the disciplinary process, limits external review of disciplinary actions, and broadens the scope of employees subject to these procedures. The bill emphasizes the VA Secretary's authority in disciplinary matters, while also protecting whistleblowers. These changes apply retroactively to misconduct or performance issues dating back to the enactment of the Department of Veterans Affairs Accountability and Whistleblower Protection Act of 2017.

The "AMERICANS Act" addresses the COVID-19 vaccine mandate's impact on service members by preventing new mandates without congressional approval and prohibiting adverse actions based solely on vaccination status. It offers remedies for those discharged or negatively affected, including discharge upgrades, reinstatement, and compensation. The act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members, limits consideration of vaccination status for assignments, requires a COVID-19 vaccine exemption process, and terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated due to vaccine refusal.

The "Make the Migrant Protection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025" makes it mandatory for the Department of Homeland Security to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, which require certain migrants to remain in a foreign country while awaiting immigration proceedings in the U.S. This is achieved by changing the language in the Immigration and Nationality Act from permissive to mandatory regarding the implementation of these protocols.

This bill asserts the constitutional right of states to defend themselves against invasion, citing the situation at the southern border from 2021-2024 as an invasion by cartels, terrorists, and criminal elements. It criticizes the Biden administration's border policies and claims the federal government failed to protect southern border states, thus empowering states to take defensive action.

This bill disapproves and nullifies a Department of Homeland Security rule that changes requirements for H-1B visas, introduces flexibility in the F-1 student visa program, and modifies rules affecting other nonimmigrant workers.

The "No Subsidies for Wealthy Universities Act" aims to limit federal research funding to higher education institutions based on the size of their endowment funds. It prohibits the use of federal research award funds to cover indirect costs for institutions with over $5 billion in endowment funds and sets caps on indirect cost rates for institutions with endowments between $2 billion and $5 billion, as well as for all other higher education institutions. The Act also mandates annual reporting on endowment funds and requires the Comptroller General to submit annual reports to Congress on indirect costs reimbursed to higher education institutions for federal research awards.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating the requirement for companies to report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code, specifically sections related to financial recordkeeping and reporting of currency and foreign transactions, to reflect the repeal.
