This bill urges the NCAA to reverse its current transgender athlete policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It advocates for policies that ensure biological females compete against biological females in collegiate sports. The "Rosie the Riveter Commemorative Coin Act" directs the Department of Treasury to mint and issue gold, silver, and half-dollar coins in 2028 to honor the women who contributed to the World War II Home Front. The coin designs will represent the legacy of these women, with input from the Rosie the Riveter Trust, the Commission of Fine Arts, and the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee. Surcharges from the coin sales will go to the Rosie the Riveter Trust to support the Rosie the Riveter WWII Home Front National Historical Park and educational programs. This act ensures that the coin minting incurs no net cost to the government and recognizes the invaluable contributions of women during WWII.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The "Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act" prohibits the Secretary from providing Title X funding to any entity that performs abortions or provides funds to other entities that perform abortions, with exceptions only for abortions resulting from rape, incest, or to save the woman's life. It requires the Secretary to submit an annual report to Congress with a list of all entities receiving Title X grants. The report must include the number of abortions performed under the exceptions, the date of the latest certification for each entity receiving a Title X grant, and a list of each entity to which a Title X grantee makes funds available.

The "Protecting Life and Taxpayers Act of 2025" prohibits federal funding for organizations that perform abortions or fund other organizations that do so, with exceptions for rape, incest, or to save the woman's life. The term "entity" refers to the entire legal entity, including any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with such entity.

The "STOP MADURO Act" increases the maximum reward to $100,000,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Venezuelan leader Nicols Maduro Moros. The funds for this reward will be sourced from the sale of assets seized from Maduro, his regime officials, and their associates, as authorized by existing legal and executive actions.

The "National Law Enforcement Officers Remembrance, Support and Community Outreach Act" aims to support the National Law Enforcement Museum's programs for community outreach, public education, and officer safety and wellness through grants to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. The act authorizes \$6,000,000 to be appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for each of the first 7 fiscal years after the law is enacted. It requires annual progress reports to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of funds. The Act allows the Secretary to use funds to continue activities the National Law Enforcement Museum was already doing when this law was enacted.

The Border Safety and Security Act of 2025 allows the Secretary of Homeland Security to suspend the entry of certain aliens at U.S. borders if it's needed to maintain control, and requires the Secretary to prohibit entry if aliens cannot be detained or placed in an appropriate program. State Attorneys General can sue the Secretary of Homeland Security in federal court if they believe this section is being violated. The bill defines "covered alien" as someone seeking entry who is inadmissible under existing immigration law.

The GLRI Act of 2025 reauthorizes the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative, which aims to protect and restore the Great Lakes ecosystem. The act allocates $500 million annually from 2027 through 2031 to support this initiative.

The Laken Riley Act mandates the detention of illegal aliens who commit theft, burglary, larceny, or shoplifting. It empowers state attorneys general to sue the Department of Homeland Security or the Secretary of State for failing to enforce immigration laws, including those related to detention and removal. The bill defines grounds for legal action and requires expedited court proceedings.

The "HOV Lanes for Heroes Act" allows disabled veterans to use High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes, even when driving alone, without being charged tolls. Eligibility is determined by the veteran's service-connected disability rating, as defined by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. Vehicles must have appropriate identification, such as a special license plate or transponder, as required by the public authority. This act amends Title 23 of the U.S. Code to include disabled veterans among those permitted to use HOV facilities.

The "Deport Alien Gang Members Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make alien gang members inadmissible and deportable, defining "criminal gang" as groups of 5 or more involved in criminal activities. It mandates detention for gang-affiliated aliens, makes them ineligible for asylum or temporary protected status, and requires an annual report to Congress. The Act also specifies that gang members are not eligible for parole or other relief under immigration laws, with the amendments being effective immediately upon enactment.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. The act defines "discriminate" as making judgments or refusing/limiting services based on biased criteria, rather than case-by-case evaluations, empirical data, financial risk, or legal non-compliance.
