The goal is to bring essential water resource data collection to this previously underserved area.

The Harriet Tubman Tribute Act of 2025 mandates that the likeness of Harriet Tubman must be included on the face of all new $20 Federal Reserve notes printed after December 31, 2030. The Secretary of the Treasury has the authority to delay this implementation by up to two years under specific economic or security concerns. This act ensures a prominent tribute to Tubman on circulating currency.

The Strategy and Investment in Rural Housing Preservation Act of 2025 establishes a permanent program to keep existing subsidized rural rental housing affordable and in good repair through loan restructuring and enhanced tenant notification. It also modifies eligibility for rural housing vouchers when property financing matures or ends. Furthermore, the bill mandates the creation of an affordability plan and an advisory committee to guide the preservation of USDA-financed rural housing projects.

The "Assistance for Rural Water Systems Act of 2025" enables the Secretary to provide additional financial assistance to rural water, wastewater, and waste disposal facilities. This includes offering grants and low-interest loans, as well as loan forgiveness or refinancing options, to help these entities maintain public health and address financial challenges in disadvantaged areas. The Secretary will also establish a residential indicator of affordable water services to determine eligibility for assistance.

This resolution formally condemns the United States delegation’s February 24, 2025, vote against a United Nations resolution supporting peace in Ukraine. It criticizes the delegation for failing to identify Russia as the aggressor and calls for a return to bipartisan policy that reaffirms support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The Keeping Drugs Out of Schools Act of 2025 establishes a grant program to fund school-community partnerships dedicated to implementing effective drug prevention strategies. By providing up to $75,000 annually to eligible coalitions, the initiative aims to reduce youth substance use, including vaping, in elementary, middle, and high schools.

The Global Health, Empowerment and Rights (Global HER) Act ensures that foreign nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) remain eligible for U.S. foreign assistance regardless of the legal health services or advocacy they provide using their own non-U.S. funds. By overriding restrictive policies, the bill protects the autonomy of these organizations to deliver comprehensive care and engage in advocacy, provided their activities comply with local laws and would be legal if performed in the United States.

The Helping Small Businesses THRIVE Act establishes a pilot program within the Small Business Administration to help eligible small businesses manage the risk of volatile commodity prices. Through this program, the SBA will provide resources and facilitate agreements that allow small businesses to hedge against rising input costs, such as fuel and utilities. By offering these financial tools, the Act aims to provide greater stability and predictability for small business operating expenses.

The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes on Imported Goods Act of 2025 restricts the President’s authority to impose or increase tariffs and tariff-rate quotas under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). While it preserves the President's power to block specific imports or countries, the bill prevents the use of IEEPA as a tool for unilateral tariff adjustments.

The Health Care Affordability Act of 2025 expands access to premium tax credits by removing the current income eligibility cap, allowing more households to qualify for financial assistance. The bill also introduces a new sliding scale for premium contributions to ensure health insurance costs remain more manageable for families. These changes are set to take effect for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.
