The "Honor Our Living Donors Act" aims to support organ donation by removing financial barriers for living donors. The Act also removes the expectation of payments by organ recipients and requires an annual report to Congress on grant funding adequacy for donor reimbursements.

The Act requires NASA to develop a strategic plan and submit regular reports to Congress on the program's activities and progress. It also prohibits NASA from collaborating with entities or countries of concern on these technologies.
