The Home Run for Kids Act establishes a new federal tax credit for families purchasing necessary equipment for their dependent children participating in organized sports or hobby programs. This credit is capped at a maximum of $200 per year and begins to phase out for taxpayers with a Modified Adjusted Gross Income over $150,000. This provision is designed to help offset the costs associated with youth extracurricular activities.

The Affordable Loans for Students Act establishes a sweeping program to lower student debt burdens by automatically refinancing eligible federal loans held by the government to a fixed 2.0% interest rate. The IVF Access and Affordability Act establishes a new, refundable tax credit for eligible individuals covering expenses related to assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatments. The PLO and PA Terror Payments Accountability Act of 2025 aims to hold the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and Palestinian Authority (PA) accountable for providing payments to terrorists and their families by mandating the President to impose sanctions on foreign individuals, entities, and financial institutions involved in facilitating these payments. The American Victims of Terrorism Compensation Act amends the Justice for United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act to increase funding for victims of state-sponsored terrorism by redirecting forfeited assets and penalties into the United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund. It mandates specific deposit timelines for forfeited funds, requires annual pro rata payments to eligible claimants beginning in 2026, and enhances transparency through detailed annual reports on fund activity. The "Endowment Accountability Act" increases the excise tax on private college and university investment income from 1.4 percent to 10 percent.
