The "No CBDC Act" prohibits the creation of a central bank digital currency (CBDC) by the Federal Reserve directly to individuals. It stops the Federal Reserve from offering related services or holding digital currencies issued by the U.S. government on its balance sheets. This bill aims to maintain the current financial system structure by preventing the direct issuance of digital currency to individuals by the Federal Reserve.

The BOWSER Act repeals the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, which currently grants a limited form of self-government to the District of Columbia. This repeal would take effect one year after the BOWSER Act is enacted. Effectively, this would end the current system of local governance in DC.

The "Ensuring Coast Guard Readiness Act" permits the President to waive the requirement that Coast Guard vessels be built in U.S. shipyards under specific conditions. These conditions include national security interests, construction in NATO or mutual defense treaty countries within the Indo-Pacific region, and lower construction costs. The President must notify Congress 30 days before any contract is made under this exception. The Commandant must certify that the foreign shipyard is not owned or operated by a Chinese company or a multinational company based in China before construction can begin.

The Ensuring Naval Readiness Act allows the U.S. Navy to construct vessels in foreign shipyards under specific conditions to potentially reduce costs and enhance readiness. Construction in foreign shipyards is permitted only if they are located in a NATO member country or a country in the Indo-Pacific Region with a mutual defense treaty with the U.S., and if the construction cost is less than in a U.S. shipyard. The Act requires certification that the foreign shipyard is not owned or operated by a Chinese company or a multinational company based in China.

This joint resolution disapproves the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s (FinCEN) final rule regarding anti-money laundering regulations for residential real estate transfers. By passing this resolution, the rule is rendered null and void, preventing it from taking legal effect.

Provided the knives are stored in accordance with specific safety requirements, individuals may transport them during interstate journeys without fear of arrest or detention. This legislation also allows individuals to assert these protections in court and provides legal recourse against authorities who violate these rights.

The SHUSH Act (Silencers Help Us Save Hearing Act) removes firearm silencers from the definition of "firearms" under federal law, effectively eliminating the associated $200 tax, registration requirements, and federal oversight. The bill also preempts state and local laws that impose taxes or registration on silencers and removes existing sentencing enhancements for their use in crimes.

The Achieving Choice in Education (ACE) Act expands the flexibility and tax benefits of 529 education savings accounts by allowing funds to cover a wider range of K-12 and homeschool expenses while doubling the annual withdrawal limit. Additionally, the bill incentivizes the adoption of state-level school choice programs by conditioning the federal tax-exempt status of state and local bonds on the implementation of such policies.

The Abortion Is Not Health Care Act of 2025 amends the Internal Revenue Code to prohibit taxpayers from claiming abortion costs as deductible medical expenses. Exceptions are provided for cases involving rape, incest, or when a physician certifies that the procedure is necessary to save the life of the mother.

The Protecting Life in Foreign Assistance Act seeks to codify the "Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance" policy into federal law, preventing future presidential administrations from reversing it. The bill prohibits the use of U.S. federal funds for foreign and domestic nongovernmental organizations that perform, promote, or provide financial support for abortion services. By establishing these permanent restrictions, the legislation aims to ensure that U.S. global health assistance is not used to facilitate abortion-related activities.

The Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act amends the Internal Revenue Code to prohibit the use of tax-advantaged health accounts—including HSAs, FSAs, and HRAs—for abortion expenses, with limited exceptions for cases of rape, incest, or medical necessity. Under this bill, using these funds for non-excluded abortions would no longer qualify for tax-free treatment and would be subject to tax penalties. These changes are set to take effect for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act amends current law to strip the President of the authority to unilaterally designate or expand national monuments. Instead, the bill requires explicit congressional approval for the establishment or extension of any national monument.

The Restoring the First Amendment and Right to Peaceful Civil Disobedience Act of 2025 seeks to repeal Section 248 of title 18 of the U.S. Code. This legislation would eliminate federal criminal penalties for obstructing access to reproductive health clinics or damaging clinic property.
