The American Music Fairness Act of 2025 updates copyright law to include terrestrial broadcasts and internet services for audio transmissions, ensuring that artists are compensated for their work when played on these platforms. It establishes specific royalty fees for small broadcasters and ensures that the promotional value that broadcasters provide to artists is considered when setting royalty rates. The Act also protects songwriters and music copyright owners by ensuring the law does not negatively impact their public performance rights or royalties. A portion of royalties from direct licenses will be paid to a collective for distribution to artists, copyright owners, and record labels.

The "Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2025" extends increased Medicare payment support for physicians and practitioners through 2025. It increases payment rates by 6.62% for services provided from April 1, 2025, to January 1, 2026. The bill also updates a section of the Social Security Act to include the years 2021 through 2025 for conforming changes.

The Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act imposes sanctions on individuals and their families who assist the International Criminal Court (ICC) in investigating, arresting, detaining, or prosecuting "protected persons," which include U.S. citizens, military personnel, government officials, and citizens/residents of U.S. allies not consenting to the ICC. It requires the President to block the property of those who aid the ICC, deny them entry into the U.S., and rescinds any funds for the ICC. The bill allows for waivers of these sanctions if vital to U.S. national security and termination of sanctions if the ICC ceases action against protected persons.

The "Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act" ensures that infants born alive after an abortion receive the same medical care as any other newborn, mandating immediate hospitalization and requiring healthcare practitioners to report any failures to comply. Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted. The bill also allows the woman who had the abortion to file a civil action against anyone who violated the act. It defines abortion and attempts at abortion, and renames "Partial-Birth Abortions" to "Abortions" in relevant sections of the U.S. Code.

The "National Constitutional Carry Act" aims to protect the Second Amendment rights of individuals to carry firearms in public for self-defense, as affirmed by Supreme Court decisions. It prevents state and local governments from restricting the carrying of firearms by legal U.S. citizens, whether residents or non-residents, in any public place, with exceptions for private property where firearms are prohibited and places with firearm screening. This act asserts that any state or local laws conflicting with this provision will be rendered ineffective.

The "Main Street Tax Certainty Act" amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the deduction for qualified business income. This removes the previous expiration date, providing long-term tax certainty for eligible businesses. The change applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2025.

The "Protecting Americans Right To Silence Act of 2025" or the "PARTS Act of 2025" amends the definition of "firearm silencer" and "firearm muffler" under federal law. The updated definition includes any device designed to silence or muffle a portable firearm, whether attached directly or through other devices. It also includes the primary housing or structure for sound-reduction components of such devices.

The "No Retaining Every Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act" mandates the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to destroy all firearm transaction records of discontinued firearms businesses within 90 days of enactment. It also eliminates the requirement for these businesses to send these records to the Attorney General. Finally, the Act requires the Director of the ATF to submit a report to Congress detailing the number of records destroyed.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

This bill asserts the constitutional right of states to defend themselves against invasion, citing the situation at the southern border from 2021-2024 as an invasion by cartels, terrorists, and criminal elements.
