The BNA Fairness Act ensures that the Basic Needs Allowance (BNA) provided to eligible active-duty service members is exempt from federal income tax. By classifying this support as a qualified military benefit, the bill prevents these essential payments from being reduced by tax obligations.

The National Constitutional Carry Act seeks to protect the Second Amendment right of law-abiding citizens to carry firearms in public for self-defense. The CONTAINER Act allows border states to place temporary, movable structures on federal land for border security purposes without needing a special use authorization. States must provide 45 days' notice to the relevant federal agency, with placements initially permitted for up to one year. Extensions may be granted in 90-day increments if U.S. Customs and Border Protection determines that operational control of the border has not yet been achieved.

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. This legislation preempts certain state and local taxes and registration requirements related to silencers involved in interstate commerce. Furthermore, the bill mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer registration records and updates federal marking requirements for manufacturers.

The Rosie the Riveter Commemorative Coin Act directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue a series of commemorative coins in 2028 to honor the diverse women who served on the Home Front during World War II. Proceeds from the sale of these coins will support the Rosie the Riveter Trust in its efforts to maintain the Rosie the Riveter/WWII Home Front National Historical Park and fund educational programs. This initiative ensures the legacy of these essential workers is preserved and recognized through a national numismatic program.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

This bill expresses support for the Geneva Consensus Declaration, which promotes women's health, strengthens the family, and upholds national sovereignty in healthcare. It affirms the principles of the declaration, including the value of life and the family's role in society and seeks to ensure that U.S. policy aligns with these values by not funding abortions or coercive family planning in foreign countries. The bill also encourages other countries to uphold these principles.

The REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025 mandates that the Secretary of Homeland Security reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP). This legislation requires that asylum seekers be returned to Mexico to await their U.S. immigration proceedings, effectively codifying the 2019 policy guidance into law.

The Federal Employee Return to Work Act mandates that federal employees who telework at least one day per week are ineligible for annual pay adjustments. Additionally, the bill requires that these employees be compensated based on the "Rest of U.S." locality pay scale, regardless of their actual work location. Certain groups, including employees with disabilities and law enforcement officers, are exempt from these provisions.

The "Finish the Wall Act" mandates the immediate resumption of border wall construction along the U.S.-Mexico border, requiring completion by September 30, 2026, using previously appropriated funds. The bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to execute comprehensive infrastructure and technology plans while honoring existing construction contracts. Additionally, it requires the agency to certify full compliance with federal DNA collection requirements for individuals in Customs and Border Protection custody.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. The act defines "discriminate" as making judgments or refusing/limiting services based on biased criteria, rather than case-by-case evaluations, empirical data, financial risk, or legal non-compliance.
