Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who were not inspected upon entering the U.S., had a revoked nonimmigrant visa, or violated their visa terms, and are charged with a crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to inform victims and their families about the alien's identity, immigration status, criminal history, custody status, and removal efforts. The law also ensures that it does not diminish any rights crime victims have under existing laws.

The Sporting Firearms Access Act of 2025 amends Title 18 to streamline the importation process for firearms and ammunition intended for sporting purposes like hunting and target shooting. It sets deadlines for import request decisions, requires detailed explanations for denials, and prohibits denial of imports for items substantially similar to those already available in the U.S. The bill also provides avenues for hearings and judicial review for denied applications, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

This resolution urges the NCAA to revoke its current transgender student-athlete eligibility policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It calls for the NCAA to prevent transgender-identifying males from competing in women's sports and to require member conferences to adopt a biological sex-based policy. The resolution also asks all U.S. sports governing bodies to protect women's sports for biological women and girls.

The "Justice for Jocelyn Act" aims to limit participation in Alternatives to Detention programs, mandating GPS tracking and curfews for aliens on ICE's nondetained docket. It requires that aliens can only be released into Alternatives to Detention programs if all detention beds are full and all efforts to detain have been exhausted. The bill also mandates removal for aliens who fail to comply with release conditions, and ensures that if any part of the Act is found unconstitutional, the remaining parts will remain valid.

The "Fair Play for Girls Act" mandates the Attorney General to produce a report analyzing challenges to fair competition for female athletes, instances of lost opportunities due to competition with biological males, and the effectiveness of state laws protecting female athletes. It also requires an examination of online violence and sexual abuse against female athletes, along with recommendations to address these issues.

The "End Child Trafficking Now Act" aims to prevent child trafficking by requiring adults entering the U.S. with a minor to prove their familial relationship through documentation or DNA testing. Refusal to take a DNA test after providing insufficient evidence results in inadmissibility, and the child will be treated as an unaccompanied alien. The act also criminalizes the act of "recycling" minors, which is defined as adults using the same minor more than once to enter the United States.

The PRINTS Act aims to prevent child trafficking by requiring the Department of Homeland Security to collect fingerprints from noncitizen children under 14 entering the U.S. when trafficking is suspected. It criminalizes adults who exploit minors to gain entry into the U.S. and mandates information sharing between Homeland Security and Health and Human Services. The Act also requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide annual reports to Congress and publish monthly data on apprehensions of child traffickers.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025" permits individuals legally authorized to carry a concealed firearm in their home state to do so in any other state that allows concealed carry, provided they possess a valid photo ID and either a concealed carry permit or the legal right to carry without one in their home state. When carrying a concealed handgun in another state, individuals must adhere to the same restrictions imposed on residents of that state. This law does not override state laws regarding the issuance of concealed carry licenses or permits.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
