The Arctic Refuge Protection Act seeks to reinstate protections for the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge by repealing the 2017 law that opened the area to oil and gas development. It further designates approximately 1.5 million acres of the Refuge as wilderness, ensuring its preservation under the National Wilderness Preservation System. This area will be managed by the Secretary of the Interior in accordance with the Wilderness Act.

The Foreign Adversary Communications Transparency Act directs the FCC to identify and publish a list of entities holding FCC authorizations, licenses, or grants of authority that have reportable equity or voting interests held by a "covered entity," meaning governments, entities, or subsidiaries from countries considered foreign adversaries, as well as entities controlled by these adversaries based on national security agency determinations. The FCC is required to create rules to gather information, expand the list, and update it annually. This act aims to increase transparency regarding foreign ownership and control within U.S. communications networks.

The Hotel Fees Transparency Act of 2025 prohibits unfair and deceptive advertising of hotel rooms and short-term rentals by requiring clear and upfront disclosure of the total price, including all mandatory fees, before purchase. It empowers the FTC and state attorneys general to enforce the law, while providing an affirmative defense for intermediaries who rely on inaccurate information from hotels and promptly correct errors. The act ensures consumers see the full price of accommodations, promoting transparency and preventing hidden fees.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the presentation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team for their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame, and the US Olympic and Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The "Finding Opportunities for Resource Exploration Act" aims to enhance the security of international supply chains for critical minerals and rare earth elements by allowing the Secretary of the Interior to create memorandums of understanding with foreign countries to cooperate on mapping these resources. This cooperation seeks to ensure that US and allied companies have priority in developing these resources, facilitate private investment, and protect mapping data from unauthorized access. The Act outlines specific cooperative activities, including data analysis, resource assessment, training, and promotion of collaboration between US entities and those in partner countries. It also requires the Secretary to notify Congress, collaborate with the Secretary of State, and consult with the private sector in prioritizing partner countries and assessing private sector interest.

Recognizes the crucial role of linemen in maintaining the nation's energy infrastructure and public safety. It also supports designating April 18, 2025, as National Lineman Appreciation Day to honor their contributions and dangerous work.

The West Coast Ocean Protection Act of 2025 permanently bans new oil and gas leasing in federal waters off the coasts of California, Oregon, and Washington. This act prevents the Department of Interior from issuing any new leases for oil and gas exploration, development, or production in the specified planning areas. This prohibition aims to protect the marine environment and coastal economies of the West Coast from the risks associated with offshore drilling. The Act amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.

The Southern California Coast and Ocean Protection Act prohibits the Department of Interior from issuing any new leases for oil and gas exploration, development, or production in the Southern California Planning Area. This area is defined by the 2024-2029 National Outer Continental Shelf Oil and Gas Leasing Program. The bill amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to implement this prohibition.

The Online Consumer Protection Act requires social media platforms and online marketplaces to create and enforce clear terms of service and consumer protection policies, including content moderation practices and avenues for users to report issues and appeal decisions. These platforms must also establish consumer protection programs, appoint consumer protection officers, and submit annual filings to the FTC detailing their compliance measures. The FTC is empowered to enforce the Act, and individuals and state attorneys general can bring civil actions for violations, ensuring accountability and consumer redress. The Act also clarifies that Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 does not apply to violations of this Act and does not override state or local laws.

The "Stop Arctic Ocean Drilling Act of 2025" prohibits the Department of Interior from issuing or extending leases for oil, natural gas, or mineral exploration and development in the Arctic areas of the outer Continental Shelf. This bill aims to prevent any further drilling in the Arctic region.

The Clean Ocean and Safe Tourism Anti-Drilling Act of 2025 prohibits the Department of Interior from issuing leases for oil, natural gas, or mineral exploration in the North Atlantic, Mid-Atlantic, South Atlantic, and Straits of Florida planning areas of the Outer Continental Shelf. This bill aims to protect coastal economies and marine environments by preventing offshore drilling in these specified regions.

The "Small Business Energy Loan Enhancement Act" increases the maximum loan amounts for certain energy-related projects from $5.5 million to $10 million. It requires the Small Business Administration to submit an annual report to Congress detailing the industries and geographic areas receiving these loans. This act aims to provide greater financial support for small businesses investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

The American Family Act establishes a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payments, providing up to $300 per month per child, and creates a $500 tax credit for other dependents. The amount of the credit is reduced based on the taxpayer's income, with initial reductions starting at $150,000 for joint returns. The IRS will make monthly advance payments and establish an online portal for taxpayers to manage their payments and provide necessary information. This act terminates the existing annual child tax credit after 2024 and aims to provide regular financial support to families.

The "Sinkhole Mapping Act of 2025" directs the United States Geological Survey to establish a program to study the causes of sinkholes and create maps identifying areas with a higher risk of sinkhole formation. These maps, utilizing 3D elevation data, will be updated at least every five years. A website will be created to provide community planners and emergency managers with access to these maps and related information.

The Enhanced Iran Sanctions Act of 2025 aims to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and countering its support for terrorism by imposing sanctions on those involved in Iran's energy sector and those who provide financial support for its destabilizing activities. It mandates sanctions on foreign entities involved in processing, exporting, or selling Iranian oil, gas, and petrochemicals, while also establishing an interagency working group to coordinate and enforce these sanctions. The Act also amends existing legislation to require the identification of individuals involved in sanctionable activities or sanctions evasion related to Iranian oil and gas sales.

The "Raise the Wage Act of 2025" aims to increase the federal minimum wage to $17.00 per hour over five years, after which it will be annually adjusted based on the median hourly wage of all employees. The bill also gradually raises the minimum wage for tipped employees until it matches the standard minimum wage, while ensuring they retain all tips. Additionally, it increases and then eliminates the subminimum wage for newly hired employees under 20 and individuals with disabilities, promoting fair wages for all workers.
