To provide these expanded services, chiropractors will be required to complete a one-time training program verified by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

The Making Advancements in Commercial Hypersonics (MACH) Act authorizes NASA to establish a program providing testing opportunities for high-speed aircraft and related technologies. While the program supports the evaluation of these technologies, it is strictly prohibited from funding their development. The Act also mandates the creation of a strategic plan, interagency coordination with the Department of Defense and the FAA, and rigorous reporting requirements to ensure research security.

The Hearing Protection Act aims to remove silencers from the purview of the National Firearms Act (NFA) by treating them similarly to standard firearms under federal tax law. This legislation preempts certain state and local taxes and registration requirements related to silencers involved in interstate commerce. Furthermore, the bill mandates the destruction of existing federal silencer registration records and updates federal marking requirements for manufacturers.

The HEADWAY Act updates credentialing requirements for Early Head Start teachers to improve workforce accessibility while maintaining quality standards. The bill mandates that each classroom have at least one fully qualified teacher, while requiring all other staff to actively pursue a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. The REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025 mandates that the Secretary of Homeland Security reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP). This legislation requires that asylum seekers be returned to Mexico to await their U.S. immigration proceedings, effectively codifying the 2019 policy guidance into law.

The COAL Act of 2025 mandates the expedited processing and approval of pending federal coal lease applications and necessary mining permits. Additionally, the bill formally nullifies the 2016 moratorium on new coal leasing on federal lands, ensuring the program remains open for future development.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The Land And Social Security Optimization Act (LASSO Act) directs 10% of the revenue generated from activities on public lands managed by the Department of the Interior and the Forest Service to be deposited into the Social Security Trust Fund annually. This act does not authorize increasing prices for activities on public lands, nor does it reduce funds available to states, Indian Tribes, territories, or local governments from revenue generated on public lands.

The "Fentanyl is a WMD Act" mandates the Department of Homeland Security to classify illicit fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction. This directs the Assistant Secretary for the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office to treat illicit fentanyl as such, as defined in the Homeland Security Act of 2002.

The Keep Your Coins Act of 2025 prevents federal agencies from restricting individuals using convertible virtual currency (digital currency) for personal transactions. It ensures individuals can use self-hosted wallets or other methods to maintain control over their digital assets for any lawful transaction. This protects the right of individuals to use digital currencies to purchase goods and services for personal use.
