Violators face fines, imprisonment, and potential prosecution for homicide or attempted homicide, while the mother of the child is protected from prosecution. The bill also allows the woman on whom the abortion was performed to file a civil action against anyone who violated the requirements if a child was born alive.

The Foreign Adversary Risk Management (FARM) Act aims to protect U.S. agriculture by including it under the oversight of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). This bill adds the Secretary of Agriculture to the CFIUS committee and expands CFIUS authority to review transactions that could result in foreign control of U.S. businesses involved in agriculture. Additionally, the Secretary of Agriculture and the Comptroller General are required to analyze foreign influence in the U.S. agriculture industry and submit a report to Congress.

The Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act repeals section 136 of the Clean Air Act, which likely taxes natural gas. Additionally, any funds that were previously allocated under the repealed section are rescinded, meaning they are no longer available for their original purpose.

The Offshore Energy Security Act of 2025 mandates the Department of Interior to conduct at least 20 offshore oil and gas lease sales in the Gulf of Mexico between 2026 and 2035, each offering a minimum of 74,000,000 acres. It protects existing leases from legal challenges and extends the moratorium on oil and gas leasing in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico until December 31, 2035, while newly including the South Atlantic Planning Area and the Straits of Florida Planning Area in the moratorium. The Separation of Powers Restoration Act of 2025, or SOPRA, enhances judicial review of agency actions. It empowers courts to independently interpret laws and regulations, ensuring a check on agency interpretations. This applies broadly to judicial reviews unless explicitly exempted by law.
