The "Defund Government-Sponsored Propaganda Act" eliminates federal funding for the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and National Public Radio (NPR). Funds that would have been allocated to these organizations will instead be used to reduce the public debt for fiscal years 2025-2027.

By removing the subsection, the bill aims to restore states' authority over housing regulations and eviction processes within their jurisdictions.

The "Restoring American Sovereignty Act" allows the President to use previously paused funds to deport illegal aliens from the United States. This overrides any conflicting laws that may be in place.

The "Senior Citizens Tax Elimination Act" repeals the inclusion of Social Security benefits in gross income, effectively ending the taxation of these benefits for taxable years beginning after the enactment of this law. The Act mandates the allocation of funds each fiscal year to the Social Security Act or the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974, ensuring these programs are not negatively impacted by the tax elimination. The "Aerial Firefighting Enhancement Act of 2025" reauthorizes and modifies the Department of Defense's authority to sell aircraft and parts for wildfire suppression, extending it to October 1, 2035. It allows sold aircraft to drop water in addition to fire retardant and specifies that these aircraft can only be used for wildfire suppression services.
