The "Not One More Inch or Acre Act" prohibits citizens and entities of the People's Republic of China from purchasing public or private real estate in the United States and mandates the sale of any U.S. real estate owned by these individuals or entities if deemed a national security risk. Refugees and asylum seekers from China are exempt, as well as U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents. The bill also increases the penalty for violations of the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 to no less than 10 percent, and up to 25 percent, of the value of the land holdings for which the person failed to report or submitted a deliberately false report.

The "Reinforcing the Grid Against Extreme Weather Act of 2025" aims to bolster the resilience of the U.S. electrical grid by improving interregional electricity transfer capabilities. It directs the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to establish regulations that mandate minimum transfer capabilities between neighboring transmission planning regions to ensure reliability during extreme events. The Act requires regional transmission entities to develop and regularly update plans for interregional transmission projects, with FERC overseeing the approval and implementation of these plans. This will be achieved by identifying, selecting, and allocating costs for interregional transmission projects needed to meet the minimum transfer capability.

The "Energy Opportunities for All Act" nullifies Public Land Order No. 7923. This act removes any legal authority or restrictions imposed by the public land order.

The "Second Job Tax Relief Act of 2025" allows qualifying taxpayers to exclude income from secondary jobs from gross income, decreasing as income rises above $100,000 and phasing out at $150,000. To qualify, taxpayers must designate a primary employer for whom they have worked at least 2080 hours. This exclusion is set to expire after 5 years and the bill allocates funds to offset revenue reductions. The changes apply to amounts received after the enactment date.

The ALIGN Act makes 100% expensing for qualified property permanent, applying to property placed in service after September 27, 2017. This amends sections of the Internal Revenue Code to reflect the change as if it were part of previous tax legislation.

The Community Protection and Wildfire Resilience Act establishes a grant program to fund community-developed plans for wildfire resilience, prioritizing high-risk areas and incorporating strategies for early detection, vulnerable population support, infrastructure strengthening, and defensible space projects. It authorizes \$1 billion annually from 2025-2029 for these grants, and requires reports and studies on federal programs, community certifications for wildfire survivability, and radio communication interoperability during wildfires. The Act also updates the definition of at-risk communities and allows for structure hardening projects under the Community Wildfire Defense Grant Program.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025" seeks to prohibit the use of federal funds for abortions and for health benefits coverage that includes abortion coverage, with exceptions for rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother. It clarifies that premium credits and cost-sharing reductions under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) cannot be used for health plans that include abortion coverage, allowing for separate purchase of abortion coverage without federal tax credits. The Act also requires health plans to transparently disclose the extent of abortion coverage and any related premium surcharges to enrollees.

The "Expanding Labor Representation in the Workforce System Act" increases the funds available to state and local workforce development boards for administrative costs, raising the limit from 20% to 30%. It also broadens the definition of "labor organization" to include federations and bodies of labor organizations, as well as organizations representing certain groups of public and other-sector employees.

The CCP Visa Disclosure Act of 2025 requires applicants for F, M, and J visas, including their spouses and minor children, to disclose any past or planned funding from the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist Party, or entities controlled by either. Visa holders who receive such funds after their visa is issued must report it within 90 days or risk visa revocation. Current visa holders must also disclose any past or planned funding from these sources.

The "Increased TSP Access Act of 2025" amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to improve the delivery of technical assistance to agricultural producers. It mandates the Secretary to certify third-party providers through various entities, including non-Federal entities and State agencies, to ensure timely and expert conservation assistance. The Act streamlines the certification process for providers with specialty certifications and requires fair payment for their services. Additionally, it directs the Secretary to increase transparency by providing public information on the utilization and impact of third-party providers.

The Healthcare Freedom Act of 2025 expands health savings accounts, renaming them "health freedom accounts," and broadens their accessibility and usage. It allows all individuals to deduct contributions, increases contribution limits, and includes direct primary care and healthcare sharing ministries as qualified medical expenses. Additionally, employer contributions to health freedom accounts are excluded from employee gross income for employees hired five years after the law's enactment.

The Venezuela Advancing Liberty, Opportunity, and Rights Act of 2025 (VALOR Act) outlines a comprehensive strategy to promote democracy in Venezuela. It includes offering support for free and fair elections, human rights, and economic stability once a democratic government is established. The Act also authorizes targeted sanctions against the current regime and those who support it, with the possibility of easing sanctions based on progress toward democracy. Furthermore, it aims to coordinate international efforts and provide humanitarian assistance to the Venezuelan people through independent organizations.

The Ending Scam Credit Repair Act, or ESCRA Act, amends the Credit Repair Organizations Act to combat deceptive practices in the credit repair industry. It broadens the definition of prohibited practices, including making false statements, lying to credit agencies, and charging premature fees. The bill mandates specific disclosures, consumer contracts, and communication standards for credit repair organizations, including licensing requirements and transparency in disputes. Additionally, it sets a fixed amount for damages for each violation of the title.

The "Protecting Dogs Subjected to Experiments Act" prohibits the National Institutes of Health from using federal funds for research that involves testing on dogs. This bill aims to end the use of dogs in NIH-funded biological, medical, and behavioral research.

This bill formally acknowledges the sacrifices and courage of Vietnam War veterans, recognizing their service and the challenges they faced, including exposure to Agent Orange and the loss of over 58,000 American lives.
