The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industries. The "Qualified Immunity Act of 2025" codifies qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, protecting them from liability in individual capacity unless the violated right was clearly established or a reasonable officer would have known their conduct was unlawful. It also shields law enforcement agencies and local governments from liability if the officer is not liable under the defined conditions or was acting within the scope of their employment. This act aims to balance accountability with the protection of officers performing their duties reasonably. The amendments will take effect 180 days after the enactment of the Act.

The "Fire Suppression and Response Funding Assurance Act" increases the federal government's share of fire management assistance to at least 75% of eligible costs. It also directs FEMA to create rules for recommending increased federal cost shares for disaster relief and updates FEMA's grant policy to allow reimbursement for pre-deployment of resources by state, local, and tribal governments before a major disaster.

The "Make the Migrant Protection Protocols Mandatory Act of 2025" makes the Migrant Protection Protocols mandatory. This bill amends existing immigration law to require the government to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols.

The "Promoting New Bank Formation Act of 2025" aims to encourage the creation of new financial institutions, especially in underserved areas, by phasing in capital standards, allowing changes to business plans, adjusting the Community Bank Leverage Ratio for rural community banks, and expanding agricultural loan authority for federal savings associations. The Act also requires federal banking agencies to study and report on the reasons for the decline in new financial institutions and ways to promote their formation.

The "AMERICANS Act" aims to provide remedies for members of the Armed Forces who faced adverse actions due to the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. It restricts new mandates, prohibits negative actions against unvaccinated service members, and allows those discharged or negatively affected to apply for remedies such as discharge upgrades, reinstatement, compensation, and expungement of records. The Act prioritizes retaining unvaccinated members and limits consideration of vaccination status for deployment and assignment decisions, and provides exemptions for COVID-19 vaccination based on natural immunity, health conditions, or religious beliefs. Additionally, it terminates bonus repayment obligations for those separated for refusing the vaccine and reimburses any prior repayments.

The Natural Gas Tax Repeal Act repeals section 136 of the Clean Air Act, which likely taxes natural gas. Additionally, any funds that were previously allocated under the repealed section are rescinded, meaning they are no longer available for their original purpose.

The "Miracle on Ice Congressional Gold Medal Act" authorizes the creation of three Congressional Gold Medals to honor the 1980 U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team and their historic "Miracle on Ice" victory. These medals will be given to the Lake Placid Olympic Center, the United States Hockey Hall of Fame Museum, and the United States Olympic Paralympic Museum for public display. The Act also allows for the creation and sale of bronze duplicates to fund the medal production.

The "Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act" repeals the Corporate Transparency Act, eliminating beneficial ownership reporting requirements for businesses. It also makes necessary technical adjustments to Title 31 of the United States Code to reflect this repeal. These adjustments involve removing and revising references to specific sections related to the Corporate Transparency Act within existing legal frameworks.

The "No Budget, No Pay Act" mandates that Members of Congress will not be paid if Congress fails to pass a budget resolution and all regular appropriations bills by October 1st of each fiscal year, starting September 29, 2027. The chairs of the House and Senate Budget and Appropriations Committees will determine if Congress has met this requirement. Members of Congress will not receive back pay for any period during which Congress did not comply with these requirements. This act aims to incentivize timely budget approvals and appropriations.

The Western Wildfire Support Act of 2025 aims to bolster wildfire management through enhanced preparation, detection, suppression, and post-fire recovery efforts. It focuses on improving financial transparency, integrating local resources, deploying advanced technology, and supporting long-term ecosystem rehabilitation. The act also seeks to address challenges such as drone incursions and invasive species management. By implementing these measures, the act strives to protect communities, infrastructure, and natural resources from the devastating impacts of wildfires.

The Sporting Firearms Access Act of 2025 amends Title 18 to streamline the importation process for firearms and ammunition intended for sporting purposes like hunting and target shooting. It sets deadlines for import request decisions, requires detailed explanations for denials, and prohibits denial of imports for items substantially similar to those already available in the U.S. The bill also provides avenues for hearings and judicial review for denied applications, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Sarah's Law mandates the detention of aliens who were not inspected upon entering the U.S., had a revoked nonimmigrant visa, or violated their visa terms, and are charged with a crime resulting in death or serious bodily injury. It requires the Department of Homeland Security to inform victims and their families about the alien's identity, immigration status, criminal history, custody status, and removal efforts. The law also ensures that it does not diminish any rights crime victims have under existing laws.

This resolution urges the NCAA to revoke its current transgender student-athlete eligibility policy, arguing it discriminates against female athletes. It calls for the NCAA to prevent transgender-identifying males from competing in women's sports and to require member conferences to adopt a biological sex-based policy. The "Fair Play for Girls Act" mandates the Attorney General to produce a report analyzing challenges to fair competition for female athletes, instances of lost opportunities due to competition with biological males, and the effectiveness of state laws protecting female athletes. It also requires an examination of online violence and sexual abuse against female athletes, along with recommendations to address these issues.

The "Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025" permits individuals legally authorized to carry a concealed firearm in their home state to do so in any other state that allows concealed carry, provided they possess a valid photo ID and either a concealed carry permit or the legal right to carry without one in their home state. When carrying a concealed handgun in another state, individuals must adhere to the same restrictions imposed on residents of that state. This law does not override state laws regarding the issuance of concealed carry licenses or permits.

The PRINTS Act aims to prevent child trafficking by requiring the Department of Homeland Security to collect fingerprints from noncitizen children under 14 entering the U.S. when trafficking is suspected. It criminalizes adults who exploit minors to gain entry into the U.S. and mandates information sharing between Homeland Security and Health and Human Services. The Act also requires the Secretary of Homeland Security to provide annual reports to Congress and publish monthly data on apprehensions of child traffickers.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
