The Fair Play for Girls Act mandates that the Attorney General submit a comprehensive report to Congress analyzing the challenges facing female athletes in sports. This report will evaluate issues such as fair competition, the impact of biological males in women’s sports, and the prevalence of harassment and abuse against female athletes. Additionally, the legislation requires the development of policy recommendations to better protect and support women and girls in athletics.

This concurrent resolution expresses support for the Geneva Consensus Declaration, which promotes women's health, family values, and national sovereignty in lawmaking. It urges the U.S. to rejoin the declaration, affirming commitments to women's health, the dignity of life, and the family unit. The resolution aims to prevent international promotion of abortion and defend the rights of countries to enact policies aligned with these values. It also commits to ensuring that U.S. foreign policy does not include funding or lobbying for abortion.

The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2025 establishes a national standard allowing individuals to carry concealed handguns across state lines, provided they are legally authorized to carry in their home state. Under this act, visitors must adhere to the host state’s operational laws regarding where and how firearms may be carried. The legislation preserves each state's authority to regulate its own internal permit-issuing processes while ensuring nationwide recognition of valid carry rights.

The PRINTS Act aims to combat child trafficking at the U.S. border by mandating the fingerprinting of noncitizen children suspected of being trafficking victims. The bill establishes federal criminal penalties for adults who use minors to gain unlawful entry into the country and mandates improved information sharing between federal agencies. Additionally, it requires the Department of Homeland Security to provide increased transparency through annual reports and monthly public data on trafficking-related apprehensions.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
