The Act will be terminated if the Secretary of State certifies that the PLO and PA have ceased all payments to terrorists and their families.

The "Midnight Rules Relief Act of 2025" allows Congress to overturn multiple regulations finalized at the end of a President's term with a single vote. This act streamlines the process for Congress to review and potentially reject regulations submitted by agencies during the final months of a presidential administration. By disapproving of these "midnight rules" through a joint resolution, Congress can prevent them from taking effect.

The Student Empowerment Act amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow 529 savings accounts to cover a broader range of elementary and secondary education expenses, including homeschooling costs such as curriculum, materials, tutoring, and educational therapies for students with disabilities. The Dismantle Iran's Proxy Act of 2025 redesignates Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization, imposing sanctions and requiring a strategy to restore freedom of navigation in key waterways. It mandates a report on obstacles to humanitarian aid in Yemen under Ansarallah's control and requires the president to determine if Abdul Malik al-Houthi, Abd al-Khaliq Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and Abdullah Yahya al-Hakim are officials, agents, or affiliates of Ansarallah.

The "Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act" (SAVE Act) aims to ensure that only U.S. citizens register to vote in federal elections by requiring documentary proof of citizenship during voter registration. It amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to include citizenship verification and mandates states to verify citizenship using various databases and federal information. The Act also establishes penalties for registering non-citizens and provides guidance for states to implement these changes.

The "Qualified Immunity Act of 2025" codifies qualified immunity for law enforcement officers, protecting them from liability in individual capacity unless the violated right was clearly established or a reasonable officer would have known their conduct was unlawful. This applies if the victim was targeted due to their status or duties as a public safety official.

The "Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act" suspends U.S. funding to the World Health Organization (WHO) until any pandemic-related treaty is ratified by a two-thirds vote in the Senate. It restricts U.S. participation in international agreements under the WHO Constitution for pandemic response unless approved as a treaty by the Senate. The Act prohibits U.S. funds from being used for the WHO from the date any such agreement goes into effect until Senate approval.

The ERASER Act requires agencies to repeal at least three existing regulations for every new regulation issued, especially major ones. For major rules, the cost of the new rule must be equal to or less than the cost of those being repealed, as certified by the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. Additionally, the Government Accountability Office must regularly study and report on the total number and economic impact of federal regulations. This aims to reduce regulatory burden and control the economic impact of federal rules.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
