This measure restricts the use of the defense budget for acquiring or servicing used foreign planes considered for presidential transport during this period.

The Truth in Tariffs Act mandates that businesses clearly disclose to consumers the exact amount of a product's price attributed to specific, Presidentially-imposed tariffs enacted after January 20, 2025. This cost must be explicitly labeled as a "tariff surcharge" on the final price. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is tasked with enforcing this requirement, treating violations as unfair or deceptive business practices. Small businesses, as defined by the Small Business Act, are exempt from this disclosure rule.

The Operational Security Act of 2025 establishes a new Office of Security Training and Counterintelligence within the Executive Office of the President. This office will be led by a Senate-confirmed Director and tasked with providing comprehensive security training and counterintelligence support to EOP personnel. The Act also creates a bipartisan Security Training and Counterintelligence Advisory Board to offer expert recommendations on protecting sensitive information and mitigating insider threats.

The Roberto Clemente Commemorative Coin Act authorizes the U.S. Treasury to mint and sell a limited series of gold, silver, and clad coins to honor the life and legacy of baseball legend and humanitarian Roberto Clemente. These coins must feature designs celebrating both his athletic achievements and his activism, with final approval resting with the Secretary of the Treasury after consultation with the Clemente Foundation and family. All proceeds from the mandated surcharges on the coin sales will be directed to the Roberto Clemente Foundation to support its charitable and educational programs. The issuance of these coins is strictly limited to the calendar year 2027.

The "Protecting Americans Privacy Act of 2025" aims to safeguard financial and tax information by restricting unauthorized access to the Treasury Department's payment systems and preventing the unlawful disclosure of tax returns. It prohibits specific individuals, including certain federal employees and contractors, from accessing these systems or disclosing tax information. Individuals harmed by violations can pursue legal action, with a minimum damage award of $250,000 for unauthorized access or disclosure. The act clarifies that it does not retroactively determine the legality of actions taken before its enactment.

This resolution formally designates the minority party's members for various standing, select, and joint committees within the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress, ensuring representation and participation in key legislative areas such as Agriculture, Appropriations, Armed Services, and more.
