The PROTECT Jewish Student and Faculty Act requires higher education institutions to formally define antisemitism and explicitly prohibit antisemitic conduct in their official campus policies. Under this legislation, colleges and universities must clearly state that such conduct may result in disciplinary action, including student expulsion or employee termination.

The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act of 2025" amends Title IX to prohibit schools receiving federal funds from allowing males to participate in female athletic programs. Sex is defined as based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth. The bill allows males to train with female teams if it doesn't deprive females of opportunities. It also requires a study on the benefits lost to women when males participate in female sports.

The Historic Roadways Protection Act prohibits the Bureau of Land Management from using federal funds to finalize or implement specific travel management plans in Utah. This restriction will remain in effect until the Secretary of the Interior certifies that all 22 pending R.S. 2477 lawsuits regarding public land rights-of-way have been fully adjudicated.

The "No Taxpayer Funding for the World Health Organization Act" prohibits the United States government from providing any assessed or voluntary financial contributions to the World Health Organization. This legislation effectively ends all U.S. taxpayer funding for the organization upon the bill's enactment.

The "Make Greenland Great Again Act" authorizes the President to initiate negotiations with the Kingdom of Denmark to acquire Greenland for the United States. The bill establishes a formal process for congressional review, requiring any resulting acquisition agreement to be submitted to specific committees for a 60-day approval period.

The Sunset Chevron Act mandates that the Government Accountability Office identify and catalog federal rules previously upheld under the *Chevron* deference doctrine. The bill establishes a rolling expiration schedule for these rules, effectively sunsetting them over time unless reauthorized. Additionally, it streamlines the Congressional review process, allowing Congress to disapprove these specific rules without being restricted by standard legislative deadlines.

The SAVE Act (Save Americas Valuable Energy Act) prohibits the sale of petroleum from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to entities headquartered in Russia or other restricted nations. This legislation amends the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to ensure that U.S. energy reserves are not sold to foreign adversaries.

The REMAIN in Mexico Act of 2025 mandates that the Secretary of Homeland Security reinstate the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP). This legislation requires that asylum seekers be returned to Mexico to await their U.S. immigration proceedings, effectively codifying the 2019 policy guidance into law.

The Panama Canal Repurchase Act of 2025 authorizes the President to initiate formal negotiations with the Government of Panama to reacquire the Panama Canal. The legislation also mandates that the President provide Congress with a progress report on these negotiations within 180 days of enactment.

The Laken Riley Act mandates the detention of undocumented immigrants who are charged with or convicted of theft-related offenses. Additionally, the bill empowers state attorneys general to sue federal officials for failures in enforcing immigration detention, removal, and parole laws.

This bill proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the number of terms a member of Congress can serve. Representatives would be limited to 3 terms and Senators to 2 terms, with specific rules for partial terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not be counted. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to be valid.

The Land And Social Security Optimization Act (LASSO Act) directs 10% of the revenue generated from activities on public lands managed by the Department of the Interior and the Forest Service to be deposited into the Social Security Trust Fund annually. This act does not authorize increasing prices for activities on public lands, nor does it reduce funds available to states, Indian Tribes, territories, or local governments from revenue generated on public lands.

The FIND Act prohibits federal agencies from contracting with entities that discriminate against the firearm and ammunition industry. It requires federal contractors to certify they do not discriminate against firearm entities and prohibits them from awarding subcontracts to entities that do not provide a similar certification. Violations of these clauses will result in contract termination. The act defines "discriminate" as making judgments or refusing/limiting services based on biased criteria, rather than case-by-case evaluations, empirical data, financial risk, or legal non-compliance.
