The "Alien Removal Not Resort Stays Act" terminates federal funding for FEMA's Shelter and Services Program, which provides aid to migrants. Funds will be transferred to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ICE will use the funds for enforcement, detention, and removal operations.

The "Sue VOYEURS Act" allows individuals to sue those who capture intimate images of them without their consent, provided the individual had a reasonable expectation of privacy. Victims can recover damages up to $150,000 per image, plus legal costs, and courts can issue injunctions to stop the display or disclosure of the images. This law does not apply to law enforcement with a lawful warrant. The Protecting Women’s Private Spaces Act mandates that individuals may only use single-sex facilities on federal property that correspond to their biological sex. This legislation applies to restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms across all federal buildings and properties. Limited exceptions are provided for emergency medical personnel and law enforcement officers acting in the line of duty.

The "Stop the Invasion of Women’s Spaces Act" prohibits the distribution of Federal funds to any entity that allows individuals to access single-sex facilities, such as restrooms or locker rooms, that do not align with their biological sex. The bill includes narrow exceptions for emergency medical personnel and law enforcement officers acting in the line of duty.

The Prison Rape Prevention Act of 2025 mandates that the Bureau of Prisons house and transport inmates exclusively according to their biological sex. Additionally, the bill prohibits the Bureau from providing or funding gender-related medical treatments for prisoners.

The Standing with Moms Act directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish "life.gov," a federal website and interactive portal designed to connect pregnant women with a comprehensive range of local, state, and private support resources. The platform will provide tailored information on services such as prenatal care, financial assistance, and mental health support, while excluding entities that provide or promote abortion services. Additionally, the bill mandates the integration of this resource portal with the national Maternal Mental Health Hotline to ensure accessible, 24-hour support for families nationwide.

The "Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act" amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to deem aliens inadmissible and deportable if they have committed or admitted to acts constituting sex offenses, domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, or violating protection orders. It broadens the definition of crimes against children to include any crime constituting domestic violence.

The Parris Island Protection Act prohibits the use of federal funds to close, realign, or plan for the relocation of the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island, South Carolina. This legislation recognizes the site’s historical significance and ensures its continued operation as a vital training facility for the Marine Corps.
