This bill modifies the procedure for announcing voting "pairs" in the House of Representatives, beginning with the 119th Congress. It prohibits the parole or release of any alien applying for asylum at a port of entry and removes considerations for safe third countries. This act does not apply to aliens apprehended in the U.S. after entering without inspection or overstaying their visa.

This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to add a carving of President Donald J. Trump to Mount Rushmore National Memorial. The Secretary would be required to carry out this directive through the National Park Service Director.

The "No Repeat Child Sex Offenders Act" amends Title 18 of the U.S. Code to increase penalties for sex trafficking and related offenses involving minors, including transportation, exploitation, and sexual abuse. It raises the punishment for these crimes to include the possibility of the death penalty or life imprisonment, eliminating previous maximum or minimum terms of imprisonment. The bill also targets individuals who facilitate travel for illicit sexual conduct involving a minor for commercial gain, subjecting them to similar penalties. Finally, it increases the punishment for selling children to include the possibility of the death penalty.

The "Holding Child Predators Accountable Act" amends Title 18 to increase penalties for child pornography offenses. This bill raises the punishment for possession, exploitation, or creation of child pornography to include potential fines, death, or life imprisonment.

The Justice for Rape Survivors Act amends Title 18 to increase the minimum prison sentence for aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse to 30 years or life.
