The Delete DOGE Act aims to completely defund and halt operations related to the government entity known as DOGE. This bill specifically prohibits the use of federal funds to implement, manage, or enforce the executive orders that established or involve DOGE entities. Furthermore, it places strict limitations on the U.S. Digital Service to prevent them from funding any new DOGE-related projects initiated after January 19, 2025.

The IVF for Military Families Act mandates that TRICARE Prime and TRICARE Select cover fertility-related care, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), for active-duty service members and their dependents starting October 1, 2027. This coverage includes up to three completed oocyte retrievals and unlimited embryo transfers, following established medical guidelines. The bill also requires the establishment of a dedicated care coordination program to ensure timely access to these necessary reproductive services.

Congress acknowledges the achievements of transgender individuals while highlighting the ongoing discrimination and violence they face. This bill prohibits the issuance of licenses for the exportation of specified defense articles to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ban remains in effect until the President certifies to Congress that the UAE has ceased providing material support to the Rapid Support Forces operating in Sudan. This effectively halts the sale or transfer of a wide range of major U.S. military equipment to the UAE.

The "Protect US National Security Act" ensures that federal funds cannot be used to eliminate the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as an independent entity. It asserts that only an act of Congress can eliminate USAID. The Secretary of State must certify compliance with this requirement to Congress within 30 days of the act's enactment and annually for 5 years.

The Disaster Recovery Efficiency Act requires the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to implement recommendations from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to improve the federal approach to disaster recovery. These recommendations were outlined in a GAO report (GAO23104956) issued on November 15, 2022.

The "Ensuring Military Readiness Not Discrimination Act" prohibits gender discrimination in the Armed Forces. Service eligibility must focus on an individual's ability to meet occupational requirements, without considering race, color, national origin, religion, or sex. The bill requires equal opportunity for all members, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, or sex.
