The "No Partisan Radio and Partisan Broadcasting Services Act" prohibits federal funding for National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). This includes direct funding, indirect support, or purchasing programming. The prohibition extends to any successor organizations of NPR and PBS.

The "Dietary Guidelines Reform Act of 2025" aims to improve the process of establishing national dietary guidelines by ensuring they are based on strong scientific evidence, updated regularly, and free from irrelevant considerations. It establishes an Independent Advisory Board to guide the scientific review process, mandates transparency regarding conflicts of interest, and requires the use of standardized review methods and evidence rating for each guideline. The act also prioritizes addressing high-priority health concerns and providing affordable, accessible, and nutritionally adequate recommendations, including guidance for individuals with common nutrition-related chronic diseases.

The "Reimbursing Border Communities Act of 2025" establishes a grant program for local governments within 200 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border to reimburse security-related expenses, including wages for local law enforcement. To be eligible, communities must apply, provide required information, and not be sanctuary jurisdictions. Grant amounts are capped at $500,000 per fiscal year and cannot be used for certain purposes, such as funding nonprofits or providing resources to aliens. The Act requires annual reports to Congress and authorizes \$25 million in appropriations per fiscal year from 2026 through 2036.

The Fairness in Veterans’ Education Act amends title 38 of the United States Code to remove the requirement that veterans must repay contributions toward Post-9/11 Educational Assistance. This change ensures veterans receive the full benefits they are entitled to without unnecessary financial burden, effective August 1, 2025.

The "Wildfire Victim Tax Relief and Recovery Act" provides tax relief for victims of the Texas Panhandle fires by classifying compensation received as qualified disaster relief, ensuring it is not subject to federal income tax. Additionally, the bill amends the tax code to treat livestock sales necessitated by fire the same as those due to floods, allowing farmers and ranchers to defer taxes on profits from such sales when reinvested in similar property. It also allows for income deferral on the sale of livestock due to fire, similar to existing provisions for sales due to flood or other weather-related conditions. These provisions aim to support the recovery of those affected by wildfires by easing the tax burden associated with the loss of property and livestock.

The AIM HIGH Act directs the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a Technical Training Center of Excellence. This center will foster collaboration among Air Force technical training sites, serve as a premier training location for maintainers, and set standards for innovation. It will also connect with industry and academia to advance aviation technology and training.

The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing taxes, fees, or insurance requirements on firearm or ammunition ownership and commerce. Regular sales taxes are permitted if applied at the same rate as other goods and services. This bill aims to protect gun owners and businesses from discriminatory financial burdens.

The FARM Act aims to protect U.S. agriculture by including it in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, adding the Secretary of Agriculture to the committee, and mandating reviews of foreign investments in U.S. agricultural businesses. This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 107 North Hoyne Avenue in Fritch, Texas, as the "Chief Zeb Smith Post Office." Any reference to this facility will now refer to it as the Chief Zeb Smith Post Office.
