The "Uncovering UNRWA's Terrorist Crimes Act" mandates a report from the Secretary of State detailing US funding to UNRWA from 2020-2024 and how those funds were spent. The act also prohibits any further direct or indirect federal funding to UNRWA upon enactment.

The "Wildfire Victim Tax Relief and Recovery Act" provides tax relief for victims of the Texas Panhandle fires by classifying compensation received as qualified disaster relief, ensuring it is not subject to federal income tax. Additionally, the bill amends the tax code to treat livestock sales necessitated by fire the same as those due to floods, allowing farmers and ranchers to defer taxes on profits from such sales when reinvested in similar property. It also allows for income deferral on the sale of livestock due to fire, similar to existing provisions for sales due to flood or other weather-related conditions. These provisions aim to support the recovery of those affected by wildfires by easing the tax burden associated with the loss of property and livestock.

The AIM HIGH Act directs the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a Technical Training Center of Excellence. This center will foster collaboration among Air Force technical training sites, serve as a premier training location for maintainers, and set standards for innovation. It will also connect with industry and academia to advance aviation technology and training.

The "No User Fees for Gun Owners Act" prohibits state and local governments from imposing taxes, fees, or insurance requirements on firearm or ammunition ownership and commerce. Regular sales taxes are permitted if applied at the same rate as other goods and services. This bill aims to protect gun owners and businesses from discriminatory financial burdens.

The FARM Act aims to protect U.S. agriculture by including it in the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, adding the Secretary of Agriculture to the committee, and mandating reviews of foreign investments in U.S. agricultural businesses. The Act also requires annual reports to Congress on foreign influence and potential threats in the U.S. agriculture industry, including espionage and intellectual property theft.

This bill designates the United States Postal Service facility located at 107 North Hoyne Avenue in Fritch, Texas, as the "Chief Zeb Smith Post Office." Any reference to this facility will now refer to it as the Chief Zeb Smith Post Office.
