The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require individuals to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in federal elections. The bill mandates that states establish procedures to verify citizenship status, remove noncitizens from voter rolls, and share information with federal agencies to ensure election integrity. Additionally, it introduces criminal penalties for registering ineligible individuals and establishes a private right of action against election officials who fail to enforce these citizenship requirements.

The Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025 seeks to expand Medicare coverage to include all services that doctors of chiropractic are legally authorized to perform under their state licenses. By removing the current restriction that limits coverage solely to manual spinal manipulation, the bill aligns Medicare with other federal and private health programs. To provide services beyond spinal manipulation, chiropractors will be required to complete a designated educational documentation program.

Sarah’s Law mandates the detention of specific undocumented or visa-violating immigrants who are charged with crimes resulting in death or serious bodily injury. Additionally, the bill requires U.S. immigration authorities to provide victims or their families with timely, ongoing updates regarding the offender's custody status and immigration proceedings.

The Defending American Sovereignty in Global Pandemics Act prohibits the U.S. from joining any World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic-related agreement unless it is ratified by the Senate as a formal treaty. Furthermore, the bill mandates a suspension of all U.S. funding to the WHO if such an agreement is enacted without Senate approval.

The ERASER Act aims to reduce the federal regulatory burden by requiring agencies to repeal three existing regulations for every new rule they issue. For major rules with significant economic impact, agencies must also ensure that the cost of the new regulation does not exceed the combined cost of the rules being removed. Additionally, the bill mandates that the Government Accountability Office periodically report on the total number and economic impact of federal regulations.

This joint resolution proposes a constitutional amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. Representatives would be limited to three terms, while Senators would be limited to two terms. Terms served before the amendment's ratification would not count towards these limits. The amendment must be ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven years to become valid.
